Avoid at all costs. Extremely poor customer service, zero standards and do no not care about customer satisfaction. I purchased a used car of 2 years old for £22,500 so wouldn't expect it to be faulty. However it was sold to me without ever having been checked over which become apparent when they eventually booked me in for servicing (a month later, with me pressing for it) due to the car making awful noises since the day of purchase. The Jack point had been completely ripped off rear passenger side (how that even happens I don't know) - so absolutely no way that they could have checked it over with the lift ramps that they use in their work shop. The under cover was hanging off, fittings snapped or missing. Front tires needed replacing - only done the one though! Uneven tread - route cause not even investigated. Didn't check balancing or tracking. Wipers were showing as a fault for not clearing sufficiently - MOT failure, so the car weren't even road legal when they sold it to me. No matter how minor that may seem, expect better from a company that big especially when paying so much. Oh and you get drive away insurance for 2 or 3 weeks - make sure that is set up before you leave as Shaq failed to do mine and then wanted me to lie to their insurers and say that I collected my car a day later! They ignore calls and emails. Reluctant to book it in never mind carry out the work. Also wanted to charge me for everything! £222 just for the pleasure of them looking at it! Absolute joke of a place! Wish I had checked reviews prior to making the purchase as there are many similar to mine! Never again will I use a Mercedes dealer and certainly not Collindale!

The customer service reception was awful, as it was my first time coming to Mercedes-Benz to service my car and I was really disappointed the way the guy was talking to me and patronising me about me not having my driving license with me. I pay a lot of money to come to Mercedes-Benz dealership to get a professional service and great experience but I want to cancel the care plan after this experience. I have asked to speak with the manager of service reception but been told that he is the manager, so I have asked to speak with his manager or supervisor but he was not available at the time, I have been told that he is going to contact me the same day, but it has been 8 days and nothing yet.

Honestly, what an awful experience with Mercedes Benz in Colindale.
My car was recalled for a seat belt safety issue in May, I made an appointment back in May and I dropped the car like they asked and paid for an uber back! After having the car for almost the entire day; they called me to say the car part was ordered incorrectly and after complaining they dropped my car back to me, and I was promised a call back within two weeks when the part arrives in stock, since then I've called over 6 times to see if the part is back in stock and every time I get promised someone would call me back YET NOT ONE CALLS BACK! This is a safety issue and yet no action is taken from Mercedes side to take this seriously! I'm honestly so fed up with chasing them that I've left you bad reviews on every single possible website that would accept me writing reviews! and I'm making a formal complaint about this to you and I expect action to be taken!!!!
I just spoke to your customer service advisor who said no one had ordered the part in and that he's booked me for the 5th of December in but I need to bring the car in myself if I WANT to get it fixed! which is an absolute joke! I have a text message from the colindale branch promising me a pickup and dropoff service and I don't care if you have to hire someone to do this! but I am not wasting a single moment more of my precious time on this! I expect someone to call me and arrange a car collection and drop off and I expect to hear back from you guys!

Never Buy Any Car From Collindale Branch
My strongly advise to all the new buyers, do not buy your car from Mercedes Benz collindale branch, management is irresponsible, rude and only focus on selling. After selling for them customer will go to hell. I bought the car from them, given me faulty car. Completely miss-sold me and made my income loss. Didn't provided me courtesy car and nearly 2 weeks no one contacted me to resolve the issue.
If you want to save your time and stress. Then go for another dealer. Don't wast your energy and time.

Fantastic
I took my Merc sprinter for repairs. All done in 1 day and under warranty. Very professional. I was worried sick for days before it went in. They took all the worry away. The loan vehicle was a van so I didn’t need to take the full day off work. I would highly recommend mb Colindale. Thanks.

Do Not Go To Colindale Mercedes
My Mercedes went in for repair on the motor spray for my wipers. My car was dropped back on the same day and my wipers completely stopped working front and back! Bearing in mind both were working just fine before it was taken.
They did not bother to top up the wiper liquid even though this was full when handed in and my car came back filthy !
Extremely disappointed to say the least, the driver was not able to assist me and referred us back to Mercedes !
For such an expensive car you would expect the repairs to be carried out and then some, this is not the first time customer service at the Colindale Mercedes has been terrible !
Do not take your Mercedes to the Colindale dealership.

Diabolical & Diabolical !
Took my Smart car for a service last week. Only had it 10 days prior
I'm always very thorough at checking my car. As i had, the following day (after the service) booked in - for detailing, at a detail specialist.
The weekend prior to service, had an initial check ( four eye check) at the specialist detailer , we went round the car, noting down all scrapes / scratches etc and the work needed .
Took the car for the service , once again a quick look round the car and they took their customary video. Got the car back , in the evening, noticed a dent. I raised this with them immediately and they totally denied it was their fault. As it was dark, i reluctantly took the car and checked again in the am with the detailer specialist ( he also claimed that was not there) . I went back to Mercedes, asking to view the video . They wouldn't let me (data protection ) but they said it was evident on the video.
I asked again to see the video, they again refused. So i asked for a still picture ( by mobile) they refused to take my phone. But reluctantly , my service handler, did produce a still to show me. she then claimed as the car was dirty, it was not clear but apparently, my service handler and her supervisor, could see the dent. I could not categorically see anything at all, yes it was dirty - but that does not mean , there was a dent there.
I told my service handler, i'd lodged a complaint that day. she assured me, someone would get back to me in two working days. I looked on the Mercedes website , which said 5 days for complaints ,so i gave them 7 days including weekend. I Still have not heard one word from them.
The detailer repaired the dent . at an extra cost of £120 .

Staff is very rude , from Mercedes band you expect great customer service , with masterly Staff, but in this place they don't know what those are. I strongly advice do not go .

Not Worth The Trouble
We were unfortunate enough to purchase a nearly new car a month ago from this showroom. We have had nothing but issues with the car that supposedly went trough rigorous checks before being sold. We still do not have our car even though we spent nearly £20K. It is still being fixed supposedly but no-one will respond to our calls or update us.
The list of issues with the car and the incompetence shown by the staff is too long to list. This showroom is clearly an insult to the name Mercedes and I would advise anyone to save themselves a lot of trouble and choose an alternative credible retailer.
