Total Was Of Time And Energy, Don’t Consider Them !

I wasted my effort, time and energy thinking of selling my car to them. Initial evaluation of my car, Toyota Yaris 2010 with mileage of 73,000 was £2150. After all the review of the documents and pictures, it was priced at a ridiculous amount of £650. A car this is running nice and good, neat and with no issues!

I regretted wasting my precious time with them.

Ignore Initial Offer

It's quite simple these guys want your car for the least amount of money Plain and simple so when you get a valuation take that as complete fabrication! And when company representatives arrives and looks at your car the price will be given after he has inspected your vehicle and this will always be lower than the initial offer, no need to get upset that's just a fact of how they operate, best thing to do is book 3 or 4 of the major car buying companies ideally for the same day or within a couple of days throw them your keys and go back in the house, get all the valuations and play them off against each other, this way you will get the highest price and you can let them stress between themselves, easy.

Waste Of Time, Don't Bother

I will cut it short, got a valuation on Saturday, gave them a ring, & they made me an appointment for PM a few days later, guess what, I took all afternoon off work to wait for the buyer to come & didn't they turn up!! got a call from the office at 7pm, & said they couldn't make it. I just wish that I would have took the time to read the reviews & then would'nt have waisted my time. I waited for 3 days when I could have had another proper company round to buy my car. Terrible customer service. Don't bother give sombody else a ring, Imsure they have paid sombody to give them any sort of good reviews ...PS google & read reviews of staff thet used to work for them, interesting information!

Sales Men On Wheels

I previously booked to have Money4YourMotors come out and do an appraisal on my car. The price on the website was good so I arranged for them to come out the next day. I got a call from the guy telling me what time he would be coming. Very chatty guy, spoke to me as if he was a friend. This is just a ploy to try and convince you that they are on your side. They are sales people at the end of the day and their main objective is to get as much commission as possible.

After the inspection he rated my car as a grade 1 to 2 which is very good and what I entered on the description on the website. This is when all the play acting starts. He contacts the office and gives them all the details and tries to convince you that he is going to make sure you get the best deal. The person on the other end of the phone say yes or no to the price. Before he gets the price, he is already telling you that because of the way the market is, the offer they gave you the day before could change and then he get his phone out and types a offer. This is not the offer that he's been told on the phone. This is the offer where he can get as much commission as he can. He's already got a figure in mind while he is doing the the test drive. The offer was £900 less than the offer on the website. If there is a lot of scratches and chips on the car. They will reduce the offer down because of the damage. If there's no damage and it is exactly the description what you entered when you got the quote. It is down to the market value. I knew what I wanted for the car and After me telling him that there was no way I would accept this offer. He didn't even have to get back on the phone to the office before he typed another offer into his phone. I got what I wanted but, still £400 less than the quote. I was under no illusion that I would get what was offered on their website even though my car was classed as a Grade 1 to 2 and had 2 minor chips on the car. Remember! They do not want to go away with out a sale. If you are thinking of using them. Have a figure in mind and stick to it. I accepted the offer and out of curiosity I checked the price again on the website and funny enough! It was the same price as they first quoted. Also for reference the admin fee can also be negotiated without him having to contact his office.
