i bought a Mazda 6 from here this year and to say the customer service is poor it is an understatement .They lied about the work what was promised and the work carried out was a shabby cheap smart repair job.The work carried out was over priced and very poor and very unprofessional.Really upset with the service car is great but very angry with my alloys as I could of had them done elsewhere professionally sprayed for the same price instead of cheap and nasty smart repair.Customer experience sales person fantastic car great repair very poor.Will not buy car from here again.

Why Not Offer The Best Service Possible And Retain Customers
I've just completed a second service on my Mazda 6 and to say the least I am very disappointed. Having called to book my vehicle in they advised they could not collect it as it was too far away only for me to find they actually had a sister garage just a couple of miles away that I didnt know of. Why oh why did they not just tell me there was a nearer garage that could complete the service and save me having to book a late start and early finish at work??? because they wanted to get my business at their own garage and not the one that was 9 miles nearer to my place of work? this nearer garage would have readily collected my vehicle, a service I have enjoyed at other Mazda garages before I changed jobs and home address. Childish at best.
the cost was pretty high but i figured it was a second service and just sucked it up. On getting the car back they had filled the screenwash with clear water, i know this because the washer bottle was totally empty when I delivered it to them. This made me look a little closer at what else should have been done.
the service sheet i was sent after the service detailed that a winter check plus oil and filter were changed. including an engine flush (which they did the "hard sell" on, I paid £276. I then decided to look up what exactly should have been done and it included hinge lubrication, coolant change, cabin air filter change and rotation of the wheels. I had to make a specific request to change the wheels round or they would not have been rotated.
they offered a free clean and hoover, which was also not done well as the door openings had not been looked at and the back of the car had areas not cleaned.
I am going to have another garage check if the full service has been completed and will gladly pay as I simply do not trust this garage at all.
In 30 years of owning cars that have always been serviced by dealerships, I am now going to go independent and to hell with brand loyalty. I understand that since 2009 the services can be carried out by independents with no adverse impact on your service record, and resale value of your vehicle.
I will not be using Perry's again, to service or purchase. What cost is this to Perry's? for the sake of good will and saving a few pounds or even pence they have lost a good customer. idiots!

Worst Car Experience Imaginable
Too kcar in for a recall, they dented the car and refused to take responsibility until they tripped up and suggested the crease had come from internal damage (The same place they had been working...) - finally agreed to repair then refused to reactivate a warranty despite them not making anyone aware of a deadline to have the reactivation done by. Chased for over 5 months to get a conclusion and absolutely nothing.

useless as well as kia uk ,all smiley faces to get your money but when something goes wrong they do,not want to know ,and this is when still in warranty ITS WEAR AND TEAR THAT MATE NOT COVERED joke 7 year warranty stay well clear of these 2 companies,you only ever hear the good reviews never the bad ones so here you go.

Worst Service I Have Ever Revived From This Garage
We bought are used car in July 2013 when we went to pick it up it had not been been cleaned in side still had food in it and the car was still in the same mess as when I went to view it it had stone chipping on the bonnet and the salesman said he would do them they had but in a different colour so they said bring it back and we will do the stone chipping and valet it at the same time when we went back in a fashion they had done the stone chipping but said they had valeted the car is was still they same as when we dropped it off I would never return to this garage again.

worse customer service I have had,staff and manager were very rude and degrading,the manager was very aggressive and rude, avoid at all costs, they lie and take moeny from innocent people, avoid at all costs would not recommend to anyone the staff at perrys preston are shocking.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

The below comment is mine, after 3 weeks of hell i got my car back including a discounted service, i have now got the car back but now the digital display on the car is counting down fast omg!!! was fine before perrys had it!! More battles and time off work to follow
Would Not Go Again
why can i say.. i booked my car in as the abs light had been on, when i passed over the keys to tony i was told they was a charge of 60 pound to diagnose the problem despite it being under warranty. after questioning this i waited 2 hours for him to make the call to check. and a i knew it was covered. i saw staff answering phones and putting customers on hold then swearing about them to there colleagues. I've had to chase up daily what is happening with my car and was told for 5 days they had a new system and was awaiting passwords.. is this the customers problem? no. i asked to speak to management i was told they would call .. again nothing. its a week now since i went into the branch and still awaiting some communication from tony and the team. shocking customer service would not go there again.
