Poor Poor Poor

My vehicle went into this garage for a diagnostic with a 9 am appointment it was still sat there at 2pm and had not been looked at,they had my vehicle for the best part of two days and still couldn't give me a diagnosis as to what was wrong. The attitudes of certain staff the receptionist of the service department being the worst were to put it politely unhelpful an unfriendly to say the least! I would never ever use this garage again or ever buy a vauxhall car after this recent experience which was by far the poorest customer service I have ever had the misfortune to unfortunately come across.

Shocking Service, Please Avoid This Dealership.

I bought a Mazda from this dealership a few months back and the service I got from Perrys in Burnley has been awful.

Firstly when I picked the car up the car had not been pre checked at all. It was vibrating dangerously badly on the motorway so I turned round at the first junction and took it back. The salesman did not give me any apology at all for this.

Secondly I wanted from them a copy of the invoice for the service and vehicle inspection the dealer carried out on the car before I eventually was able to take it home. All I wanted was a bit of paper posting to me, not exactly asking much is it? Yet, after phoning them once a week for a period of two months they still had not posted anything to me. I had to send a strong email to the general manager... just to get a piece of paper. This is not good enough.

Thirdly, on that invoice it said that the NSR wheel rim was "not true" and recommended replacement but this was "declined by sales". At this point the car seemed ok and it didn't really worry me. However a couple of months later I decided to replace the worn front tyres and upgraded the rear ones at the same time. The garage told me that they had trouble with the NSR wheel and that it was infact, slightly buckled. Clearly Perrys new about this fault when I bought the car ( it says so on their own invoice ) but sales have decided to save themselves some money and not replace it. I could forgive them if they just held their hands up and sorted it out but instead, at present this dealer, rather than be honest and just sort my wheel out are trying to wriggle their way out of it. All this from a car dealer that according to "what car" is a "trusted dealership". They say cars sold by Perrys will have a "a full mechanical inspection of every vehicle before it is delivered and rectifies any faults identified". Well what happened to rectifying my cars out of true wheel? I hope you can see from my story that this is all baloney and you're better off elsewhere.

Finally when they did finally pre inspect my car before handing it over they had to change the front discs and brake pads. Even this they've not got right, I had problems with the front brakes and tbh I didn't want to go back to Perrys again so took it too my local garage to look at who found that one of the brake pad anti rattle springs on one side had not been fitted correctly and some of the bolts holding the brake caliper on were a little loose. This it the brakes we are talking about here!

My advice is steer clear of this dealer. After you pay them your money they lose all interest. You have been warned.........
