New C5 Aircross

The Tates sales executive, took us for a test drive, helped us order the right spec of car back in November and yesterday we took delivery from him. He and Tates made everything so easy, even keeping us up to date with its build and delivery into the UK. They stored it inside until we needed it. We are thrilled with it.

Not Impressed

Got my car serviced. Was old would be clean as part of the service. It wasn't.(that's the second year that happens) The following day I discovered the lighter was missing!

Getting In Contact

Had no problem with getting a finance car and booking the services. But I had a crash and have been trying to inform my Portslade brach for 3 days now to ask advice as unsure of process. As my original sales person has left noone wants to deal with me, I've left 5 messages and spoken to someone who promised me a call back immediately and nothing. Every time I call noone is available and there is a automated message.realistically rung over 20 times now. Only have a year left of my deal definitely will go elsewhere.

Service With A Smile

I have ust collected my Hyundai Matrix from the Service Centre at Tates Portslade, I must firstly state that I dont usually write reviews but I just had to let everyone know what wonderful service I received from Luke on the service Desk.

My Hyundai was in having a cambelt change, not only was it a lot cheaper than I was quoted at Halfords but my vehicle also came out nice and clean.

When I collected the car Luke brought the car round for me so I could just jump straight in and drive off.

Will definately be going back. Thanks Luke and Tates.

Fantastic Service,on New C4

I have just purchased a new C4 from their sales manager, great guy - extremely friendly from start to finish, can't really complain to be honest with you. As with everything there were a couple of things I was at first unsure of but they awnsered every question and have provided me with amazing on going after sales. I would defently reccomend them to friends and I have reccomended them to family members who have purchased two kia's from them as well.... keep up the good work.

Beware The Friendly Impression. In The Modern Worl

Beware the friendly impression. In the modern world I believed the 'Arthur Daley' type car dealer was limited to a few unscrupulous secondhand car sales lots. Here is a main-dealer that has franchises for Citreon, Kia, Renault and Alfa Romeo. The standard the second-hand vehicle supplied to me was terrible. Beneath the shiney surface was corrosion and bodged repairs. The management offered a little goodwill. They provided information given assist me which turned out only to deflect responsibility.
