You Couldn't Ask For Better After Sales
We bought a range rover from TCS about 4 months ago and we had a yellow light come on the dash. Even though my husband thought it was a waste of time i rang and spoke to a salesman who we saw when we purchased the car. He told us to drop the car in to his land rover specialest. Three days later the car was ready with no charge what so ever. I was so impressed i though i would leave this review as a thank you. You really couldn't ask for better after sales care. We would defiantly recommend TCS.

We bought a Range Rover from TCS. They had loads to look at and let us test drive both our favourite ones. The salesman's was more than helpful and i would like to thank him for his time a patience. Very happy with the service and the car 10/10.

Excellent After Sales Customer Service
I recently purchased a Range Rover from TCS which unfortunately developed a fault with the central dashboard display unit. I notified TCS of issue and they asked me to bring the vehicle in to enable them to diagnose the fault. Throughout the process, TCS dealt with the issue in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I can only praise them for the way they resolved my issue.

Appalling Customer Service
Phoned them earlier today to ask about a car, we asked about part ex ing our car in and yes was the answer. We were traveling 75+ miles to get there so wanted to make sure all was ok before we set off.
What an ignorant prat who served us, how the hell can he sell cars to anyone. The first thing he said was my car was too new for them,,,,lol and refused to value it. Also baring in mind, my car was more than likely worth more and in better condition than the one I was looking at. He then went on about my car having had a re spray, which it hadn't. Then continued to criticise my car off in front of my wife and I in an arrogant manor. Next time I suggest if you don't really want a car, just come out and say it politely rather than being at total b*ll end.
Ps, we went another 10miles down the road and part ex'd our car, we were politely served for the same model with only one owner and 20k less miles on the clock and £200 cheaper.
Ps, don't bother replying, you'll only harp on about the thousands if not millions of happy customers.

So why on earth where you here looking at one of our vehicles? If you'd had an offer on your focus that was so fantastic and seen another vehicle the day before ours?
Please stop wasting your time and ours with this petty review. Your vehicle was full of over spray all down passenger side and the boot was way out of line. As we said before we were not willing to take in a non recorded damaged vehicle , we are sorry you where so confused/miffed when shown and told
You'd been here for around 30 mins before we even looked at your vehicle ,you asked us too because you wanted a deal on our vehicle and was only when we said we didn't really want your focus and explained in a straight manor.
We are glad you've now got a new car and the great deal you where looking for on px.
You stated the engine had been replaced due to cylinder head failure not a FORD recall which with the focus only being 3/4years old with "low mileage" it was just another factor about your trade in that just was not for us.

The car hasn't been re sprayed fact, if you actually let me get a word in edge ways while I was there I might have been able to explain about the brand new engine(with warranty) that Ford fitted that was subject to a product recall.(which does happen)
I didn't take the first offer as I'd already been offered a deal on another one the day before, maybe I got offered two better deals elsewhere because I went to proper garages.

We are very sorry to here you where not happy with the salesman who dealt with you on Saturday but i do remember you coming in your red Ford Focus that we did have a look at, an experienced buyer and valuer who could see the vehicle had been involved in an non recorded accident with over spray allover the passenger side and the boot out of line which you agreed with then when you told us it had a new engine in because the cylinder head had gone with only having low mileage alarm bells started ringing that it wasn't going to be a vehicle for us and we politely told you no thanks. We could see your were a little miffed with getting told and shown your vehicle wasn't quite right but we always tell the truth here as i would have been left with your Focus in that state if we hadn't been doing our job correctly.
We are however glad to here you did get a good deal and trade you vehicle in only 10 miles away from ourselves so it wasn't a wasted journey or perhaps after what we told you about your vehicle you took the next and first offer you had on it to get rid of it.
We will have a word with our salesman not to be quite as painfully honest when dealing with a vehicle that in our professional opinion we don't want to take in a trade in for one reason or another, we do our up most on customer servicing but do relies you cant please every customer.

I write this review to warn anyone thinking of buying a car off these so call people. I bought a car with full service history the cambelt being done 20.000 mile ago seven weeks later cambelt went phoned them up many many times with them always saying they would phone me back but never did i should of taken notice of the reviews i read if you buy a car of these so called people theres only one person to blame YOU please please take notice of all the reviews you can find theses guys will take your money and sleep well at night ive had the car fixed myself and they've still not been in touch me 4 weeks later
We are really sorry that you appear to be upset with our after sales care. However, as you were aware this was a clearance vehicle which did not meet our high levels of criteria for retail sale. It was a vehicle we had previously taken in part exchange. You were made fully aware of this and the fact that it would have to be sold as spares/repairs and signed a sales receipt to this effect. . This was an older vehicle sold at well below market value. Even in these circumstances we still assisted you, purely as a gesture of goodwill, by contributing £225 cash for work on the car. When we made the payment to yourself you then signed to say that you were happy with our contribution but now you have posted, what we feel is, a very unfair and distorted review.

Range Rover I Bought
Purchased a range rover from these guys about 2 weeks ago went to them as there had quite a few in stock. The guy was great down to earth guy with a good knowledge of range rovers. Love the car much better than the ml i had and as of yet has give me no problems.

Top Class Salesteam At Tcs!
I'd been searching for a Fiat Panda 4x4 for ages. Most weren't up to my exact needs. Then I found TCS on the Internet with exactly the car I wanted. Right mileage, right colour and reasonably priced. Only problem was its in Oldham. Luckily we were visiting Lancashire that weekend so made a detour round Manchester to do a test drive. The car was in really good condition and the sales staff were well trained and knowledgeable about the vehicles they had on display - and there were plenty there too.
We put a deposit on the car and on our return from Morecambe I collected it and drove my new vehicle home.
She's everything that I wanted and the whole experience with this company was good. I've called her Beryl and she's now my pride and joy.
So if you're on the Rochdale/ Oldham area and you want a cracking good deal on a car then pay them a visit. I'm sure you'll be pleased you did.

Great Selection Of Navara's
Was after a pickup to replace my kangoo van saw they had quite a lot on there web site so decided to call in. There selection was great they must of had over 40 pickup altogether ended up toying between a l200 and navara. After test driving both and deciding on the navara they took my old kangoo in px and i drove away within 20 minutes. had the navavra 3 week now and love it ;) would recommend anyone after a pick up to pay them a visit. can't remember the sales mans name but he was the older chap with glasses on.
