My husband and I found him to be pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. We were able to view the car outside normal working hours which was a very helpful, The car was as advertised, clean inside and out and just what we were looking for. He agreed to hold the car for us with a deposit, paying off the balance at the end of the month. He made the whole process of suddenly finding ourselves having to find a new car easy and stress free. Unfortunately, within days we experienced a problem with the car. We texted him and he was on the phone to us within 10 minutes, shocked to hear there was a problem, very apologetic and proactive in making sure the issue was resolved quickly. Fortunately, his cars come with 3 months warranty as standard. He had the necessary parts replaced within days, kept the car for few days to make sure the issue had been resolved, and then arranged to get the car back to us. We understand it was just a case of Murphy's Law and no-one being able to anticipate when something is going to go wrong on a second hand car (2011). What really impressed us was that when it did - he sorted it out with no fuss or quibbling.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and cannot recommend him highly enough. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend Timotor Car Sales to family and friends.

I rang Tim first to look at a ford fiesta 1.2 and was looking for a 57 plate. Whilst it was a long drive from where we live, was really worth it. Tim was there on the day and was honest and the price made the trip worthwhile. Really happy with my new motor , and having been burnt before by car salesman, have had my faith restored. Worth the trip and would happily recomend.

Went to look at a car for my daughter, i found them very unhelpful, when i pointed out things i wanted doing on the car they were very dismissive, would not move on price. I would rather walk everywhere than buy a car from here, what a waste of an afternoon after travelling 20 miles to get the.such a disappointment.

Went to view an Audi A4 S-Line Avant at Timotor in Aylesbury, which was described as "Absolutely stunning throughout". Tim told me on the phone that the car was in really good condition. On that assurance, we drove 80 miles to look at it, and whilst the outside was in fair condition, the inside was clearly a mess. The silver trim strips were extensively scratched everywhere, the material on the quarter pillars was torn and dirty, and the roof lining on the quarter pillars in the boot area was badly scored. In addition, the boot space was full of dog hairs. This is a business owner who didn't seem to know the condition of his own stock, and seemed surprised to find that it was in such a state! He apologised for misleading me, but 2 hours travelling and 80 miles from home is a bit late for apologies.

Very, very annoyed that I wasted half of my Sunday based on misleading information. If he'd told me that the interior was badly scratched and had housed a dog, I would have saved us both a wasted journey, as he had to come out specially to meet us on a Sunday.
