I Bought A Car From This Company In September 2016
I bought a car from this company in September 2016 and it broke down 3 days after I bought it. I would advise everyone considering buying from this company to stay away from this company. They are the worst car dealerships I have ever bought from. No offer of a refund was provided and I was basically told to go away. This

Worst People To Deal And Talk Rubbish
hi i saw the add on autotrader and called the guy in evening around 7 30 and he picked up the phone and i assked about skoda octavia and details about that. i felt he do not want to speak to me so i asked him shall i give u a call tomorrow morning and he said yes.
i called the next day at 3 pm and discuss about that car that the price is so high for that car and can we negociate as i m travelling from far city.
he said what do u want to pay for it. i told him the price where other cars were listed in autotraders in that range and he started shouting that u r wasting my time abd he started abusing and because i was at a place where i prefer not to haggle and abuse him back he kept on saying me stuff rude and i had to hang up the phone on him.
but it was one of the brutual experience i had on talking on the phone with tyburn shut car sales. and i can say that today that no body should buy the car from them and read other people reviews you will see that they are iseless and liers.
i would not recomend anybody for them and would say everybody not to buy from them not even talk to them they are worst and abusive
what is the address of this dealer please?

Rip Off Merchants
I recently bought a Mazda 6 from this company and I have to say it was the worst experience ever, I blame myself for being sucked in by this crooked Business
Where to start, I wanted to buy a Mazda 6 I went and arranged 3 viewings all had issues clutches, poor condition and so on, so decided to randomly drive around used car places and see what I could find these guys actually had 2 Mazda 6 on site, the one vehicle I really liked the colour and it seemed a nice car, very good condition all round good tyres and a pile of history, 2 owners engine ran sweetly so I thought I would test drive it, I did it was very busy and didn't really get out of 3 rd gear due to traffic, but drove nicely, I bought the car px'd my old one perfectly working car for it, all to the sum of about £1700 pounds.
The problems started when I openly heard the guys talking about how they were going to write the figures and what they could fiddle out of the deal and what they would declare to the owner out of the cash part and what they wouldn't....they also got me to sign a Trade 2 Trade disclaimer and made out it was just because there was no warranty and it was how they had to do it, I made them aware that I had 30 days statutory rights and could bring the car back regardless within the first 30 days and get a refund should I want one they aid yes that's fine.
I swapped my insurance taxed it online and drove it away, I had driven the car 4 miles and there was a severe loss of power and the engine management light came on, I spoke to the dealer and has told me that I had no warranty and its sold as seen, which within 30 days is now illegal and covers used cars also, he tried to make out I was trade as I had previously worked as a car salesman, I told him I would get in touch with trading standards he said go ahead!
I spoke to the C.A.B who referred me directly to trading standards, they told me what he was doing was illegal, they gave me a reference number to give him, I did that he got back to me saying go to a garage he knew and get the diagnostic done give him the code and he would see what he could do, I did this it was a DPF problem, they said it just needs regenerating, I spoke to the dealer he said pop down Saturday morning and I will do it for you, I did the procedure failed 3 times.
He told me to go back to the other guy who did the diagnostics and he would be able to do it, I called the guy a few times and he seemed to be avoiding me, so I bit the bullet and went to a Mazda dealer over the phone he quoted £96 I booked it in, They got back to me saying it needed a whole new DPF and quite a few other issues, some admittedly some weren't urgent, but the cost was bordering on 10,000 to be done by them, I have the report and have posted a link to the pics, I paid £1695 for the car, its basically a write off.
Apart from offering me £200 towards the cost he wants nothing to with me, so I am making a court claim against him through the small claims court, I have been instructed to let him know. I have, his response was.....you run along and do that.
Worst car garage on the planet please do not buy from them!!!
Hi could you tell me how you got on at court? As I'm currently taking their partner company Dallas motors to court. About the same thing the so called trade sale. Many thanks :)

Worst Service You Can Imagine!
There is nothing good about this place. We turned up at 9am after driving for an hour to come and see a car that they failed to tell us was in for a service and wouldn't be back until Monday. The owners turned up at 10:10 and when we asked them where to park they shouted across the road to park on the double yellow lines or up on the curb. They then went into the sales office and stayed in there as we looked around for the car we went to see. After 5 minutes of searching we went into the sales office for them to tell us it wasn't there. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this company at all costs! Dodgy from the word go.

Should Be Shut Down
Absolute rip offs suppose to get a warranty with a car which I got, when I rang them up after my car clutch started having problems there was no record because the documents had not been sent off, I wished I had read these reviews before buying from these, anyone reading this should be warned that all there cars are like bag of nails. Either breakdown or have problem in some other way. Avoid I wish this place was closed down with the amount of people that have problems with it, how are they still trading I wont know.

Worst Experience Ever
These guys are the worst auto traders in Birmingham to my knowledge and experience. They are deceitful.
I bought a car from this car shop and 20 minutes after driving away from their premises, the car broke down. When they were contacted, they argued that the car was working when it left their car shop. They indicated that may be because of a battery fault because the car had been packed down for a long time before it was bought. I had to get a new battery. This did not make a difference.
They advertised all their cars with a warranty customer protect facility. When I called the warranty company, they indicated their was no record of a transaction from them regarding this car. I told the Tyburn Motor Company manger and he indicated that it takes time for this warranty to take effect. This was frustrating.
I returned the car back to them and insisted I either get my money back or get a replacement car. This was only agreed after a long argument. A replacement car was later sold to me without a warranty. I also had to pay more than the advertised car because the manager argued that it costed him money to advertise and buy warranty to the first car. This was disappointing!
The replacement car was advertised with a 3 months road tax which I confirmed from DVLA online. Unfortunately, when I got home less than 2 hours after leaving their premises, I rechecked the car HPI record and DVLA csr tax status. I was shocked to confirm that this was already approx 2 hours after I left their premises.
The car also had to be taken to a mechanic to check a water leaking fault which was only discovered two hours less than 2 hours after the purchase.
From the above, you can make up your minds about these type of auto traders and their Tyburn Motor Company. Beware!
So sorry to hear what happened to you, the same happened to me, it's the worst company I have ever dealt with, never again , people please take note of these reviews and go elsewhere x
