Just bought my daughter a car from here a little citroen c1 2013 the sales team are outstanding came with 12 months mot 12 months tax and warranty and breakdown cover. Real pleasure to do business with these guys !

Purchased a Car and warranty from Valentine's. Was told that I didn't need to anything they would sort warranty. Even had a conversation confirming it was set up. Found out ttoday that there is no warranty, they have taken my money under false pretense. I have a witness but because they only gave me a booklet at the time they now say that doesn't prove anything and have no record of me setting it up. Just said tough. Don't trust them!

Will sell cars in really bad condition, would never buy another car from here . BE AWARE

Bought a car from here, 1 week after 3 month warranty ran out found out all tyres were bad 2 were bald, as they also involved in a garage which MOT this vehicle, don't buy from here. Have involved MOT investigation.

Over the last 5 years I have purchased 3 cars from Valentine Motors and they have always proved to be reliable and good value for money, any minor problems that have occured that I had to go back to the garage with were dealt with effectively,efficiently and courteously.

The staff seem very knowledgable and seem to give very sound advice to any queries or questions I had.

I would not hesitate to reccommend this garage to anyone as it is first class and willbe looking forward to upgrading my car with them next year.

I purchased a vauxhall corsa from Valentine motors in June 2009 and had problems with it from the start.The garage owner had me bring the car back on many occasions as they were unable to identify the cause of the fault. I researched the cause myself via the internet and found that the problem was being caused by a faulty steering rack. I returned to the garage to show them my findings but the owner would not accept that this was the problem but could offer no other explanation to its cause,he told me that he would not repair my steering rack and so left me no option butto have it repaired myself.This immediately cured the problem and I requested that he reimburse me for the cost of repair. He refused to communicate with me completely ignoring my letters and so I had to get Trading Standards involved. The enforcement officer has visited the garage owner and has told him that he should reimburse me but he still refuses. I am currently waiting to take them to court.I would steer very clear of this dealer unless you want a load of grief
