Wewillnotbuyyourcar - Avoid These Timewasters
Filled up the web form, accepted the offer, waited to be contacted (says on website "next working day". After 3 days, no response, I began to email them every day. Finally I got a response, over a week later, "Unfortunately due to high stocking levels we are not buying stock at this present time. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause." So they turned into WeWontBuyYourCar.com
Their computer must surely take their stock levels into account? Why did it take them so long to decide they would not buy my car? I wasted a week, in which the other offer from WeBuyAnyCar dropped over a grand! I suggest you avoid these timewasters.

Made Up Review, Total Fiction
I am doing this to see if the review will be posted. If it is, then anyone, e.g. Hypothetically WWBYC staff, could be writing positive reviews.
Whereas if a human reads this, they will see it is PURE BL00dY FICTION and probably will just delete it - why would you, as a review moderator, post a MADE-UP REVIEW???
If this is posted, and you are reading this, then YOU SIMPLY CANNOT TRUST ANY REVIEW YOU READ HERE BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE AS MUCH OF A WORK OF FICTIN AS THIS ONE!
Tax Disc Not Returned
Despite 3 promises the tax disk was not returned. I have called this company who advised on the day the disk would be sent and still not.
Poor service and fot the sake of £50 scandellous.

Jokers
Had an acceptable quote from them compared to similar companies though still painful to sell at 1/2 the price I bought it for 2 years prior.
Unfortunately the actual pickup and sell was a joke. Had to drive to pick the agent up, then needed to wait approx 2hrs whilst the agent tried to get hold of the company owner 'John' so he could confirm the valuation that I got from the website.
When John did make himself available he offered more than £500 less than I was quoted on the website even though I described the car and its faults accurately. Got the impression this happens every time so beware folks. Felt like I was dealing with a Del Boy trader. I agreed to sell for half the difference in price but the idiot still had to knock me down £50!
If i hadn't needed the cash quick for a house purchase id have told him where to shove it.

Excellent Service
Could not fault the service, received the quote on line and they made me the offer price. Key here is to be honest about the condition of your car, not try and hide things otherwise you dont get the price offered in the e mail, simple really.
Money was paid into my account within 1 hour, they were punctual and pleasant to deal with and they just drive the car away, perfect could not be an easier service, would definately use them again.

Rude Unprofessional Staff - Waste Of Time
Had reasonable quote online so decided to sell for a "hassle free service". Firstly they did not contact me. When I phoned they agreed to collect car between 12 and 3 on a particular day. I took day off work - no show. I phoned at 3pm to be told I would have to wait 2 mins and they would call me back. 45 mins later a very rude man phoned to say he had nothing showing that my car was booked in for that day and that I would have to wait another week now as they were so busy. I said that was unacceptable to me and he said that they didn't have to buy my car and what more did I want??? LOL I could not believe the rudeness. If I had wanted a bunch of messers I would have advertised the car on Ebay! What a joke of an outfit. Stay well away!

Just Don't Bother
Quoted the highest price when doing research of these types of sites for our Car, but after spending what seemed like an age looking at the car, (over an hour) they offered almost half that price for no particular reason.
Just a massive waste of your time, I suspect any positive reviews you read of these guys is just made up by them.
We have since sold the car for way more than they offered.
Terrible.

Avoid At All Costs
Deal all agreed, 18 hours before they attended rang to say "Sorry we made a mistake on the price we offered" and promptly knocked off £1000, allegedly something to do with an error on their system.......yeah , right......Having now looked at previous poor reviews it can be seen this is common practice , just wish we had looked before. Needless to say their revised offer was refused. Save yourself the bother
Customer Service
Not Honest
I got a reasonable offer and then received many follow up calls, I decided to accept the offer and arranged collection. I got a call the day before they were due to pick up and was told that they had made an error in price and they would offer me £1000 less for the car!
Complete waste of time rude staff very unprofessional.

Don't Believe The Initial Quote
Despite having had a low offer on the initial quote I went ahead and surprise surprise they beat me down further, even though the points they raised were points I had honestly declared at the time. The lad I spoke to was patronising and rude and argued the toss. The whole procedure was a charade. It made me feel sick for 24 hours afterwards. DO NOT BELIEVE THE INITIAL QUOTE FOR ONE SECOND. If you read this, you people at WeWillBuyYour Car, take note, one day you will be teated this way, and you won't like it. Shame on you.
