Absolute Nightmare

I purchased my Range Rover in December 2016 from Williams Manchester seen as though approved used cars from Land Rover are supposed to have a 132 point check this car had never seen 1 check never mind 132 . Firstly they had to replace the brake pads and discs as they very worn ! Which they did then there was a number of issues with smart repairs which they did! Then my dpf light comes on and goes straight to red which they picked up sometime in Jan 2016 and had to do a regen but conveniently this has not been logged then it had to go back for an oil leak which they sent back to me saying there's is nothing wrong! So I took the car to guy salmon Stockport ( who are a much better deal ship) they did a free health check found several oil leaks and also found a bad repair to the bumper!!! Long story short Williams had reversed my car into something and repaired the bumper very badly and didn't think to tell me!! My car has never since gone back to Williams guy salmon have been very good doing all the work on the car it still has the ongoing issue with Dpf going straight to red it has been replaced once under warranty and now needs replacing again head office are trying to tell me it's my driving style !! I've done 6000 in 18 months and probably had my car 60% of the time I've owed it . This time alone my car has been in for 9 weeks I've had more hire vehicles than I care to count please do not spend your hard earned money with Williams Manchester Land Rover

I got a range rover evoque from Williams in Manchester. A few days later i noticed a tyre with substantial damage on the outer thread. I rang to inform them but they wouldn't accept responsibility. So i rang land rover head office who told them to take it to another approved dealer for a full check. Upon doing so even more fault were found within the vehicle. Again they said it's not their fault or responsibility. They've probably got dodgy MOT people passing vehicles that should never be on the road. I will be taking it further with land rover, trading standards and also dept of transport about the MOT. these guys at Williams to take responsibility for their dodgy cars. I've told land rover financial I want to excersice my right under the consumer act to return the vehicle and terminate any agreement made. The report and video of the other faults found i will be posting soon so people can see what kind of cars they sell. I've made contact with Manchester evening news and other newspapers too. They will probably print the report too..

Rip Off Garage

I have used this garage three times & every time they overcharged. This time my car broke down in their road so I took it to them. They quoted 1k higher than another garage & when asked they claimed they made a mistake. They constantly make charging mistakes which makes them seem less than honest.

Tried To Kill My Family....wheels Taken Off As Par

TRIED TO KILL MY FAMILY....WHEELS TAKEN OFF AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM AND THEY FAILED TO SCREW THE LOCKING WHEEL NUTS BACK ON. THE AA MAN SAID WE HAD A LUCKY ESCAPE!! DEALERSHIP NOT INTERESTED IN THE SLIGHTEST, THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

Salesman...... Disgusting And Offensive Attitude.

Upon entering the showroom at Williams we were met by.......no one! We were left to wander about the showroom for a good 20mins before we approached a salesman who was wandering around chatting. We were very keen to purchase a new vogue 4.4 Range Rover and when we asked the representative, he smirked a very patronising smirk and then asked us when we wanted it for. We replied that there was no rush, just as soon as. He then gleefully told us we couldnt get one until December and that he could give us a price for our car but it wouldnt be honoured until we took receipt of the new one. He was extremely negative and told us it was a great way to work and that people are more than happy with the system. He was full of negativity and was really offensive with his attitude. We were held in the doorway and were not once invited to talk figures or discuss things. We will most certainly not deal with Williams Manchester in the future and as other posts have suggested, Range Rover should reconsider them as representatives of the brand. After 20 years of purchasing Range Rovers on an every 2 years basis we have now actually sat down and reconsidered our loyalty to LandRover after such an abysmal and quite upsetting visit to a showroom. Shake up your sales teams and showrooms or lose custom. A blaze attitude to a customer spending £71k plus is completely out of order and the price of the vehicles alone should command some respect and common civility.

Treated Like Dirt

Landrover should close thid dealer down , they are liars , worst service I have ever experienced , attitude is a disgrace , I paid for extende warranty and expected vehicle to be fixed without any hassle , they had vehicle 9 weeks excuse after excuse , stay away

Terrible Service

Land Rover need to review this dealership as the service is terrible. Salesmen poor and overall attitude of the staff is unexcusable. Dont go to this dealer.
