Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. I ordered two chains, for which I entered a billing address and a delivery address. The day the order was due to arrive I received an email saying they had cancelled the order as they couldn't find the company name on the delivery address. I wasn't asked for those details they just cancelled order.

The bill was £589 which they did happily take at the time of order even though they couldn't fulfill the order. It is nearly a month later and I didn't receive a refund. When I called the company to find out why I spoke with a person who clearly told me that this was my fault and I need to 'learn' why he cancelled my order and didn't refund me, then immediately hung up before I could even speak.

Hilarious. What a pathetic excuse for customer service.

Try setting up your website so that is only takes orders you can fulfill.

Fantastic Chain

A big chunky chain which when combined with the flagship Squire padlock will deter the "have a go gits" brigade. The links are solid and well made. I also have the Immobiliser 4 which is even better. I sleep well at night !!

Almax Immobiliser Iii - Highly Recommended

Excellent product. Class of its own. My other sold secure gold products look toy-ish next to the Almax Immobiliser III security chains. For the first time I feel that a security chain and lock (Squire) and (Oxford Boss Alarm Lock) actually can stop a theft. My bikes are data tagged, alarmed and I use round anchors and a set of verious locks and chains. When I got the Almax Immobiliser Chains I felt that a theft is no longer only slowed down, but actually prevented. You have to see it, you have to feel this product to understand. The Squire locks are very solid.

Excellent product, superb friendly service and fast delivery.

Purchased two Almax Immobiliser III locks and Squire locks from the manufacturers website. Highly recommended. If you only buy one security chain and lock for your bike, this is the one to go for!

Tuff Love For Your Bike

I just invested in one of these tuff monkey's to keep my beloved new bike safe and secure.

I've only had it 1 week, so far so good!

but it looks big & mean and will put off any but the most daring and professional bike thief - i almost want someone to try and steal it so i can see the look of disappointment in their eyes!

Ha!

My Almax "the Immobiliser Iii" Just Arrived Today,

My Almax "The Immobiliser III" just arrived today, I got the squire cen6 rated lock along with a 2.5m chain. The chain alone weighs around 25kgs I'd guess! Looks solid enough, As a first line of defence, it looks pretty good. As always, a determined thief will still try - all you can do is to make it as hard as possible.

A Tuff Chain, That Will Deter The Bolt Cropping Ch

A tuff chain, that will deter the bolt cropping chancer. Probably better than all others on the market, a good call for the first level of defence.

If you love your bike and its expensive get a Tracker fitter, with your alarm) and take the monitor service that involves the police tracing it if it is nicked ... end of story.

These Are Are Very Strong Chains. The Only Problem

These are are very strong chains. The only problem is it is so strong someone tried to steal my bike and realised they were defeated by the chain, so they knocked my bike over out of spite instead.

The Almax "the Immobiliser Iii" Is The Best Chain

The Almax "The Immobiliser III" is the best chain you can get and it is cheaper than the Abus and Oxford top of the range equipment. They shipped one to Ireland within 3 days of my call. Brilliant stuff.

At The Nec The Supposedly Top Of The Range Chains

At the NEC the supposedly top of the range chains came into scrutiny at the ALMAX stall and by scrutiny I mean 14 Tonnes manual bolt croppers (readily available on the market today)

This is how the opposition fared:

Squire SF50 MC4 rrp £79.99 120 Seconds

Luma Solido rrp £114.86 35 Seconds

Abus City Black X-Plus rrp 112.80 8 Seconds

Oxford Monster rrp £164.95 15 Seconds

Almax Immobiliser III rrp £149.50 Unbreakable

Yes it's that good, so if you dont want to be woken up at 4:00 am thinking "was that a noise coming from my garage" this is the chain for you

Sold Secure are looking at making a new category "Platinum" to categorise this chain properly
