The Only Advantage Compared To Frame Tent Is The C

The only advantage compared to frame tent is the comfort offered by the beds. Although claims up in minutes, by single female. Our experience was that took just as long, if not longer than tent. We have now sold and bought easy to erect frame tent.

I Bought My Brand New Concorde Trailer Tent At The

I bought my brand new Concorde Trailer Tent at the NEC show Birmingham UK in February and have now used it 10 times this year.

As a lady on her own with an 8yr old daughter it is easy(ish) to erect and also easy to pull behind my Honda CRV.

Bad points - Cooker has no-way of grilling toast. The water pump has broken already, and I am holding down the main black pole with a shoelace as it has broken. Camberlands do not accept credit cards, which was a bit awkward upon purchase. Training was great, but I wish I had insisting on "me" actually doing it rather than just watching.

Good Points: Its quick, its excellent quality canvass, Loads of pockets and extra storage space underneath is excellent. I went to Ikea to get some bed slats - well worth the investment.

Overall, I love my Camplet and would certainly reccommend one to anyone.

Many Thanks

I've Just Bought A Camp-let Concorde,and Have Just

I've just bought a camp-let concorde, and have just spent 2 weeks on holiday with it.Overall the concorde was great and when erecting i always had an audience,as they wanted to see if it was as quick as they say.Would recommend this trailer tent to anyone, although expensive.Other trailer tent users always came over and said they wished they had bought the camp-let and not the unit they had.

We Brought Our Camplet Concorde Trailer Last Year

We brought our camplet concorde trailer last year , It was the first time we had been camping & got to say the best thing we have ever done, we get away most week ends in the summer when we finish work fri afternoon, as i read in one of the reviews it tended to condensate under the mattress so we decided to try a water proof mattress cover &seems to have done the trick it certainly helped this problem &now seems a lot better On the whole we are very pleased with this outfit & have had many comments on this when we have camped on sites its very quick & easy to put up & we store it in our garage A great unit.

We've Used Our Camp-let Concorde Twice This Year M

We've used our Camp-let Concorde twice this year moved up from a tent, family of 4 kids 7 and 3, and its been nice being able to sit in the tent and look out. Being able to cook in the tent is also a bonus with the great British weather. Stove has 3 gas burners though in reality when you are cooking for 4, once you've got two large pans on there's not enough room to use the third. Easy to pitch and take down. Easy to tow ( and easy to forget its there) Ground sheet is nice and comfortable under foot . Been relatively warm at night even though its been down to freezing outside. Have the slatted bed slats so have had no problem with condensation.

Glad we made the purchase and can see it being used for many years to come

All In All We Are Very Pleased With The Modern Con

All in all we are very pleased with the modern Concorde. The first two bad points which we have pointed out are being investigated by our dealer at a time which which is convenient to us. I would have liked a DVD showing the correct way of erecting and more importantly the pegging out

If anyone knows of a hitchlock that will fit the 2008 Concorde would thay please let me know

We Bought Our Camp-let Concorde Earlier This Year

We bought our Camp-let Concorde earlier this year and have now used it 4 times. We are a family with 3 children aged 6, 3 and 1. We also have 2 dogs. We chose this unit because of it's reputation for being so quick and easy to erect....we have not been disappointed. Every part of it is great quality: the trailer, the canvas, right down to the zips! Ours has withstood 16 hours of relentless Welsh rain and remained completely watertight. There is just about enough living space for us all, but we have recently purchased a guest annexe in preparation for when the children get older. It has plenty of ventilation and we haven't had any problems with condensation underneath the mattresses either (we bought the optional bed slats: that may be why). Although the canvas is really thick, it amazingly dries completely within about half an hour. I really haven't yet come across any faults with it. I can't wait for next year to go camping in it again.

Although It May Be Considered On The Expensive Sid

Although it may be considered on the expensive side to buy initially .... the quality is there for all to see , and as the old adage .... you get what you pay for... Is so true we think we have a bargain Well done Camplet

We Bought Our Camplet Royal 15 Years Ago And It Is

We bought our Camplet Royal 15 years ago and it is still in almost 'as new' condition many holidays later. They are definitely built to last - excellent quality. Plenty of room for us and 3 growing sons (we bought the guest annexe which is very useful). The tent is easily stored on it's side in the garage and just writing this is making me want to go away in it again! We highly recommend a Camplet.

The initial outlay is rather a lot but after only 3 holidays in it, we reckon it had paid for itself. We always liked the idea of having a sun canopy but had difficulty finding anywhere in Britain that could supply one. That was a few years ago and possibly not a problem now.
