Parts Support Is Lacking Aupport For Older Models.
When we purchased our 1983 model, we didn't know the company doesn't support older models. Their parts department requires serial numbers of all units BEFORE they will even discuss selling you a part. Even if you provide a picture or sample of your needed part, they don't have parts people who can go to a parts bin or shelf and match up the part. I have worked in the parts business for most of my life and have ALWAYS been able to match up and SELL the part. Their policy is sorely lacking of common sense AND logic. This will be my last Jayco purchase!
