This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I am an office manager for another Auto Glass company. We gave them a try for Contract work, as they seemed to have a lot of work at a time we did not. Let me tell you, they do not treat their employees much better than their customers. They completely took advantage of a hardworking person in need. The company and my employee agreed on a set amount to be paid, he was paid barley half of the agreed amount AFTER the work was completed, not to mention it took almost two weeks (past the date they agreed to pay him) to even get paid. They are very un organized. Now they still owe my employee money and instead of taking responsibility and owning up to it, they blocked us from calling and we are unable to get ahold of them! AND to top it off, after finally getting ahold of them, once they realized who was calling, THEY HUNG UP!!! I will not tell anyone not to do business with them, but please take this into consideration when calling this horrible company.

Recently I have availed services at First American Auto Glass for replacing my car glass. The engineer duly inspected the glass and it was installed with excellent workmanship. They provided a high quality material at a reasonable price. They provided me a free life time warranty which covers a wide range of risks and faults. I am simply overwhelmed with their customer relationship management and efficiency in providing quality services.
