Aliexpress Beware!!!!!

Purchased an item through Ali Express which included Royal mail tracked postage. Tracking stated that item could not be delivered because the sender did not address the parcel correctly, no Road or house number on the parcel and Royal Mail are returning to sender. Send proof of this to Ali express and requested a refund but refused. I even appealed but they said no refund. Unbelievable. Because they are based in China, there is no recourse. My recommendation is DON'T USE THEM, complete charlatans

Ubuyuwant Car Personalization Store Aliexpress

I would like to file a complaint about AliExpress Seller which sells car performance exterior parts

the seller or store name is "UbuyUwant Car Personalization Store" I was asking the seller about my product shipment and tracking number information everyday and today is the 11th day and tomorrow will be the 12th day since I did not not get any information about my order and where it is or how he shipped my order. He did not help me at all about my questions and told me that I need to talk with the logistics company. How come I need to talk with the logistics company if I am not the sender. First of all he gave the fake or unknown tracking number to me and told me this is an AliExpress Standart Shipping but when i checked with the shipping company they told me that he sent with EMS not with AliExpress Standart which i paid to receive on 11 of June. Now it says I will receive it on 19 of July or not even if it is clear that I will receive it. If I am gonna receive it late and not what I want, why do I need to pay more than the retail price so i can receive it early without any problem. I have proofs from the shipping company that he did not send my item, just put on a system fake tracking number. I attached the Singapore Post Customer Care messages. Please help me and do not let anyone who wants to buy from this seller any other product or products. He was joking and talking with me in a disrespectful way when I asked for my refund. He is a rude, liar and not a good seller at all. He tricked me with shipping and times. I will write all over the internet about his company as well so people can be careful with this person or company. I am attaching the proofs from Shipping Company Singapore Post Customer Service even though they told me they do not receive my package at all. All my other orders from the same day from another seller came to Mexico except this seller because he tricked me with tracking numbers and shipping. I want my money to be fully refunded for my account.

Issue Arise And You Wont Get A Refund

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, shipments were really delayed. It has been 3 months and some of my items which I spent over $50 still in transit. One of the item I ordered said delivered but I've never received the package nor seen it anywhere on my property. I opened a dispute with the seller and the seller kept asking me to wait when the shipment update said "delivered." It doesn't make sense. Aliexpress stepped in and pretty much told me to go track down my own package at the local post office and provide them evidence. How would I provide them an evidence of something misdelivered? I didn't receive the item and didn't even get my refund. Waste of money and time. Was loyal customer now I'm done.

It would be interesting if you mentioned who the order was placed with. It is true that they also work with bad salespeople who take advantage of the poor control.

Cheap But Be Prepared To Wait

Shopped at aliexpress for a few years, always terrific value but be prepared to wait 3 weeks-2 months for orders to arrive to uk.

Also check eBay for the same items as sometimes cheaper.

Never had a parcel go missing but have had items incomplete, the aliexpress 'report a problem' is very good and I've never had any issues getting full or partial refunds. Taking photos of any issues appears to be the secret to getting a successful outcome.

Don't be suspicious of ordering from aliexpress, it's easy and they are much like a far-east version of Amazon, with millions of suppliers available through a single site.

Read the descriptions and look at photos very carefully to see what you are buying though, as some sellers show multiple items when you are actually only getting a single item. The feedback from real buyers also often show pictures of the real item rather than the stock photo from the seller, so can be very useful.

There Are A Lot Of Good Offers In The Store, You C

There are a lot of good offers in the store, you can really save here. But you have to be careful, there are a lot of people who can deceive you. They have learned to wind up a good rating and positive feedback.

Nothing Special

Few times I turned to Ali Express, wanted to save $$. None of my orders got lost, but it took them months to arrive. Upon tracking them, I could see how they traveled all around the world. I wish I had vacations like that!

The goods' quality was not extraordinary, but I never expected a lot. Would I buy again from Ali Express? I think no. I'd better pay more and get things that last for years.

Aliexpress Clothes Buyers Beware.not Recommended.

I purchased a coat and it was defective by virtue of the zip sticking due to the poor design of the merchandise. To correct the problem a UK tailor quoted me £22 to repair.I raised the issue with the seller who was not remotely interested and asked for me to return it at my expense (£25) a cost he refused to refund.I then opened a dispute and exchanged approximately 9 emails to no avail.Aliexpress then entered to mediate but decided that my claim was invalid.Quite amazing, although now having read so many other reviews, I am not surprised, they, the company are only interested in protecting their sellers who provide them income. If something goes wrong you might as well give up.Their ridiculous mediation is a waste of time and contacting them is equally useless. As well as the defect on the coat, there was no care/fabric content label attached, one internal pocket that was so small it could not accommodate a phone and on the front of the jacket, they stuck on a fake Porsche Design badge to give the impression it was a genuine German designed coat.Incidentally, their fake label in the same typography as Porche Design is (Porsehe Disegn) and a clear attempt at trademark infringement. In fairness to Aliexpress, I have had some perfectly well-executed orders but this seller and the way they have handled my case is nothing short of an outright swindle, so I personally would never buy clothing again and Alixpress need to get their act together as the internet is full of complaints like mine regarding disputes. My coat was $84 plus another (£25) to rectify.Aliexpress, you're a disgrace and rogue traders like the one I bought from should be stuck off.A total sham from the buyer and Aliexpress.

Clothing purchases are very hit & miss, so I'd avoid. Quality varies, so expect to be somewhat disappointed and returning clothing items is very expensive (supplier postage is subsidized by Chinese govt agreements with other nations, our postage isn't!! ) .

Chinese sizing is also quite odd compared to US/UK sizes. I had a similar problem to reviewer but with motorcycle boots zip quality with a similar outcome, so lessons learnt. Often when returning an item to china, the carrier cannot deliver the parcel or the unscrupulous seller will refuse the delivery. No proof of delivery, no refund authorized. The item then goes back to the china delivery hub (DHL in my case) and you're informed & given the choice to pay again to have it returned to you or to forfeit the item. It's a game, and the suppliers know they can win using these tactics.

Stick to smaller consumer products from aliexpress and buy clothing and other personal items from national or local suppliers. Often the same items are available but you have an easier route for returns if dealing with a supplier within your own country.

2 Recent Orders Gone Missing

On the whole, been quite impressed, but my last 2 recent orders have gone missing. One supplier stated he has re-sent order, other supplier has completely ignored me. Their online customer services are a joke, and dont get me into their online tracking which is like watching 'Monty Python'

Great shame, wont be using them again, but its down to them.!!

Not To Be Trusted

I bought more than a hundred items through AliExpress, and my experience with individual sellers has been on the whole very positive. Alas, when a problem finally occurred, AliExpress proved it couldn’t be trusted.A package didn’t arrive. The seller wasn’t at fault: my local post office lost it; the postal service admitted so in writing, but added it couldn’t reimburse me, only the seller, and that only if the seller filled a claim. So I sent a message to the seller. No answer. Days passed. Then weeks. I sent more messages, offering to send any document the seller would need to fill a complaint, starting with a PDF scan of the letter in which the postal service admitted to losing the package.Still no answer. Finally, as the deadline to open a dispute loomed close, I had no choice but to proceed. I received an email from AliExpress requesting that I explain the issue and send them the documents supporting my claim. I did so by answering their email. There was no indication in the email that I couldn’t simply answer it, and I never received a “this mailbox isn’t monitored” kind of message, but still, being suspicious, I went online and visited the order page with the claim opened to see if there was a way for me to upload the required documents. There was none. There should have been a Respond button, as I discovered later, but the Case Management Team has the option to remove it, thus preventing you from telling them anything, let alone sending them any document. (It’s in their FAQ. Look for “Can I add evidence or respond to my dispute?”)And so, the Case Management Team breezily rejected my claim: “If you did not get your package, we sincerely suggest you to contact with your post office to get official documents […]. When handling this case, we hope you can provide valid evidence, whereas there is no response.”They claim there was no response, but remember: they removed the Respond button! So, in essence, they blame me for not presenting them with the evidence they prevented me from presenting. At that point, the seller finally sent me a message — to gloat.I tried to contact AliExpress in some other way, but this company allows you to send it neither emails nor messages, and as someone (Lc Wik) wrote in his review on Facebook, when you chat with its customer support, you’re fed promises and sweet words, but in the end nothing happens. And that’s if you even get to talk to someone: today, I was put on standby for more than FIVE HOURS, until I gave up. Each time I pressed the Send button, I got the same “We will handle your inquiry when a service consultant is available. Please stand by.”As stated in the incipit of this review, I bought more than a hundred items through AliExpress, but not a one since this problem occurred. I would advise you never to buy anything expensive through AliExpress.

Er, did you read my review? I first contacted the seller, then when my messages were ignored I did open a dispute with AliExpress.

Wrong way to do it!

If a parcel does not arrive within the time limit, then, a day or so before that, start a "Dispute" and tell AliExpress that the parcel has not arrived. If the seller cannot proove that you got the goods, your money will be paid back by AliExpress. I have done this a few times, and it works every time. DON´T try to make the seller do anything, because they usually will not. Just hand it over to the AliExpres team by starting a dispute.

My wife ordered and paid for a handbag of a certain size, but when it arrived it was just half as big. After complaining to the seller the answer was "sorry they are this size now". I took some pictures with a ruler beside the bag and uploaded along with the "dispute". Two days later my wife got her money back. Did not even have to return the handbag.
