Save Yourself

Bought Nasa telescope and t-shirt bundle in late November for £29.99 After the t-shirt turns up without telescope. I contact them, after bouncing silly messages around and then a ridiculously dumb form to fill out. 3-4 weeks later.

Today 22nd of December 2021 they tell me it’s out of stock and they will refund me. We hope? However, checking their website they are still selling the same bundle but for £63.99. Please be aware my little boy has 1 gift missing this Christmas. I’m hoping you won’t risk it.

Impossible To Return A Faulty Item

I bought a colour changing glass from this website which came with some of the picture scraped off and defects in the glass itself. I thought ' no problem I will return it and get another' I looked in the delivery box to find absolutely no information on my order at all! Just the item and bubble wrap which I find very odd so I went onto the website to see what the deal is. I emailed this website and they replied saying I have to send pictures of the faults in before they can look at resolving the situation. This was a massive pain in the backside but I did it...I waited 2 weeks and still nothing from them so I emailed again asking what the problem was. This time they apologised for me having difficulties uploading evidence....At no point had I said this was a problem! they then went on to say I needed to do it all again! I will never use this site or its partner companies again! AVOID!

Rip Off Beware

I just received message they have despatched 2 items to a address in leeds i live in birmingham never ordered anything did not even know who they are, checked my account no money taken but will monitor and if taken will go to bank report fraudulent transaction, no idea wht this has happened, one of the items is a candle for bloody 99 quid thats a laugh well they have burned their last candle if money is taken from my account

Terrible!

Ordered two heat changing Rudolph mugs for Christmas presents. Both arrived faulty. I sent both items back and requested replacements, but nothing arrived, after waiting and worrying I wasn't going to get the items for Christmas I contacted them, it was only then they informed me they had no stock! I therefore asked for a refund instead. I am still waiting for my refund a month later!! Will never shop with them again, terrible service!!!

Nightmare To Return!

Beware, items are wrongly described/advertised which you wouldn't know until you have received the item! and if you want to return for a refund, your life becomes a hell!

Have just received a very, very poor quality item (the kind of thing you might win at a fairground), which I purchased for £50, I completely agree with this. I want to return the item, but there is NO:

A) Telephone helpline

B) Online chat facility to get advice

C) Return information/label included in the package, or even instructions on how to return an item

Additionally, when I did find some instructions on their website, it involves 'contacting' the customer services team by using the online form, then waiting at least 24 hours for them to reply..

They also state that they only return 'unopened' items. This is very frustrating and surely not legal? How are you supposed to decide if you want the item or not if you can't open the box to take a look?!

I have just received the worst customer service I have ever had from IWOOT. I ordered my 7 year old daughters Christmas present from this company thinking they were reputable but they are not!!!

The item never arrived and when I asked for help I got nothing at all! The item showed as delivered to a neighbour on the tracking, but I had no card through the door. When I tried to ring IWOOT there was no number just an email service. This is so when you have a problem they can just ignore you!!!!

In the end my 7 year old little girl never got her Christmas present despite all the emails and forms filled in not once did I get any help even to contact Royal Mail to find out which address my gift was left at. No apology for the trouble and hurt caused and it is supposed to be the season of goodwill. As long as IWOOT makes a profit they do not give a monkey about the children they upset.

Avoid them at all cost just go to a reputable firm on the high street that do not rip people off.

Shocking Service!

I bought an ipad pillow which didnt fit, returned it for a refund and got a confirmation email that they have received it back. I was then told to wait 3-5 days for a refund. I have now waited 14 working days and still nothing. when I queried this I was told it will processed in the next 24 hours (so nothing has been done since they received the item back) and refunded in 3-5 days. This is a joke and if I dont get my money back I will be going to trading standards and contacting the ombudsman! I am not the only person who has complained about this and they connot be allowed to continue trading like this.

Shameful Service

Do not trust this company! I ordered WWE Monopoly mid Nov, it was dispatched on 28th Nov and never arrived. Since then I have tried to get my money back and they have still not done this. They had the game in stock and said they would issue it again but never bothered. You have to use their web form to contact customer service and they take 2 days to reply and don't give you an email address you can go back to. I then tried Facebook messeger which took just as long and no one can confirm or deny anything. I asked for my money back 3 times and still not received it. It's now 22nd Dec and I have no toy, no refund and no one is making any effort to contact me. It's a disgraceful way to treat customers, especially at Christmas, I will never use this site again.

On their website there is a "Contact Us" form. I was too kind and gave them plenty of time to reply but it meant we became pen pals for about 2 months. In the end I only got my refund because I got PayPal involved.
