Promised Refund Stil Not Payd! Iam Waiting For Months

This is the second time that we have this same problem for the first same problem i have wait

for over 3 months before they finaly have payd me my full refund and now iam also waiting for almost 3 months i have contackt my payment provider ideal after ideal have inform me that the payment is payd to ppro i have send screenshots of it to zoverstocksde and zovetstocksde have promised me at 7/1/2022 to send al of my payment details to them acount team they wil do this at 10/1/2022 and the day after the full refund confirmation message must be availabale in my amazonde acount bud its not visiballe so i have wait for 10 busnes days becouse thats the amazon.de payment policy bud stil no refund was payd to me i have send screenshots of the promissed refund to ideal i have confronted zoverstocksde 2 times with this not payd refund i have srnd them an screenshot of there own message where they promised me the refund and they only have send me twice the same standard rude message:al missing or default items must be reported within 90 days they basicly saying that iam out of time wich is not thru! Normaly i realy would give them on everything the full 5 star rating+recomend them to others thats becouse of that they give the custumer 100% full garanty so they give you an full refund for damadges and not complete items wich is realy an respectful solution bud the hassale for finaly getting payd during intern system mistakes of there own makes me to give them just 1 star they also dont have any respeckt for my illnes i have cancer i have let them know that and stres is not good for me i have let them know that also bud they dident have showed me any sympathy!they even dident have respond to that!thats realy harsh and realy cold!

I go to the cops! Becouse i want my full refund!this refund is promised me for an damadged item.

i wil put an review at every posibale online review website also at sitejabber

Where its posibale to ad an screenshots than i wil atache screenshot of there own promissed full refund.by the way many times refunds are getting stucked in to them intern system

And they claim at amazonde that it can take up to 14 days for the items to arive bud i have primarly waiting longer many times 3 weeks or longer so i realy can not undetstand it why hey claim that items must arive within 14 days while the estimated delivery time thats showing at the order confirmation message is completly difrent that what they claim at the produckt information at amazon.de

Item ordered was never received and zoverstocks will not replace or refund, they just don't care, I won't use them again and i hope you don't either

It has been over two weeks since item, was ordered, STILL NOT DELIVERED!!! They seem to always claim it's the mail's fault. Avoid these idiots!

I have bought many DVDs from Zoverstocks, and have had no problems quick delivery and as described, I usually buy used from them through Amazon, can recommend this company, and for building up your DVD library they cannot be touched on quality and price, well done Zoverstocks. I have been advised by review centre that I need to write more, what can I say they arrive well packaged, they are in very good condition as stated by zoverstocks, and they play perfectly, there is nothing to dislike, there is nothing that I would alter in Zoverstocks description they are clear and simple, and the process of buying from them through Amazon is painless.

Customer Service Is Atrocious.

Zoverstocks may have have many cds and dvds, but there customer service is horrible. I ordered BACK TO THE BATCAVE. It arrived and I found I could not use it on my dvd. I called THREE TIMES already to have them send me a return envelope and label, but I am still waiting after three weeks. Make sure when you buy from these clowns that the dvd is made for the America and not for Europe.

Avoid At All Costs!!!

I tried aZoverstocks at Amazon for several CD's who were offering titles I wanted at good prices. I had a mishap with them 12 months previously - but gotta get the good stuff at a good price. 6 days after my new order, the CD's arrived quickly.

When I say the CD's arrived, there were two correct CD's and then another two that I hadn't even ordered by some band called Water School. Not what I ordered. One email later and an apology from Zoverstocks, they promised the correct CD's would be sent out the same day. Packages arrived 5 days after and I opened them to find 2 copies of the same wrong CD by Water School they sent originally.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at a title and find the correct CD even if they operate on a barcode system.

One more complaint later and they said "Dispose of the wrong CD's at your own will and we'll refund you". I replied "I would actually like the correct CD's I ordered which you are still showing in stock". A day later I get a reply saying that since I had a refund if I chose to order and purchase the same CD's again I should do so with confidence.

I think i'll stick with Ebay or pay more on Amazon. Zoverstocks are a waste of space.

If you buy through eBay then AVOID eStocks as they are Zoverstocks. Notorious for long delays in receiving goods which then turn out to be faulty or incorrect. Messages through eBay are bounced back from an email address in Guersey that you can't reply to. Refunds eventually from eBay as per Amazon and Zoverstocks but it takes months and hours of your time. Have only persevered in the past as I know that the hope that you will simply give up.

Lesson learned and now wouldn't buy from either as I would rather pay a little more and have a pleasant buying experience.

i know people have problems with Zoverstocks on Amaazon but i have had no response from them on play.com.

They're Ok..

I have used zovestocks a lot and its just very average. Sometimes items take ages to come but sometimes they're here on time. Also they often list used items as being in 'very good' condition when often they're far from by my standards.

Appalling - Zero Respect For Customers

I ordered two CDs from them. One was a rare punk album and wasn't that cheap at around £5, but it was a fair price. It came with a cracked case and a water-damaged insert, despite being in "very good" condition. The other CD was a now compilation for work, all the CDs were scratched to hell (allegedly "very good condition") and to add insult to injury one skipped. Delivery was four days, not exactly fast. I managed to get a refund, at first there was no response to an email. It was only when I said I will complain direct to Amazon that I got a refund and I sent the items back, but I didn't get the postage cost back. And worse of all it took the best of a month to chase them. A rip off. They don't give a toss about the customer.

Zoverstocks are the selling arm of Music Magpie. An item sent to them in the condition described above would probably be rejected by them as "failed quality control". The seller then has the option to either pay £15 to have their item/s returned or lose it/them. What then happens to these items? Any comment MM/Zover?
