i bought frozen and tangled dvd last year when they arrived they where not only copies but also not region 2 yet there website claimed region 2,tried to get a refund but ebay suggested i return which of course would be illigal,wrote to them and got no reply or refund. How this website is still trading is beyond me.report to trading standards get this site shut down!!!.

I ordered frozen on blu ray 2nd Sept 2014 and live in the UK. Only reason choose this site was because of price £9.99. Has still not arrived, today,16th Sept 14. At no stage during ordering does it mention item coming from abroard until get confirmation email. Please do yourself favour if want reasonable delivery time and pay few pounds extra elsewhere.

That's if delivery arrives at all. Will keep you posted if it arrives.

I bought a DVD 6 days ago and it still isn't here which sucks if we're honest yeah?? And the day after I ordered the film there was some guy in Canada buying stuff online from my bank account??? It might have nothing to do with DVD.co.uk as there are some (but only a few) good reviews on the site... But I will never use again.

They are still selling stuff they have not got.

You are still stating on your Website that you still have stock available. At the time I placed my Order you stated the same. Stock available 4-6 days this is against the Trades description Act. I ordered because of this.???

I ordered FM2011 as this website seemed to offer one of the cheapest price.

I clearly states 2~3 working days for goods to be delivered. now its been 5 working days since they CLAMIN it was dispatched and still not here. I called the customer service today and they tell me they cannot do anything for further 13 days lol. I would never ever use dvd.co.uk NEVER!!

Good service from DVD UK!!! On time delivery, considering I am residing here in Paris.

Best price by at least a couple of quid. Here we are one month on and i still have not received my item! They should not say they have them in stock and then suddenly announce they have gone on to back order. It is only a flash drive! For the time spent waiting for the item i would stick with Play or Amazon next time.

I order a DVD about 13:00 on the 18th Jan and it arrived this morning at 09:00 19th Jan. Yes indeed... less than 24hrs from factory to my door, thats a very impressive service!

Oh.. and the product was 10 less than at play.com and 20 less than HMV. Delivery was also free!

Found the game I've been looking ages for - however in my opinion delivery took a while...

I had to write a review about dvd.co.uk - they are one of the quickest and cheapest companies I've ever ordered from. Every time I've ordered something before work, around 8am - 9am, it has been shipped within the hour, and I received it the next morning (in one case the morning after, but still quick).

I was most impressed with Guitar Hero 2 on the Xbox, as it was £50, which is £15 cheaper than anywhere else I found it - with free delivery. I received it via next day business post. For the cost of the item and the free delivery I don't know how they do it but - bravo!

I've found very few games and DVD's cheaper elsewhere - most stuff at DVD.co.uk is cheaper than the direct competitors such as play.com.
