Pleased With This Website
I do not usually write a reviews, but stumbled upon this website. I had used desperateseller.co.uk to buy my car this week, and I really found it so helpful for an old timer like me. It all happened so fast. I discovered the website, and found a lot of useful information on there to help me choose a car. I contacted a few dealers via the website, and found one to buy. I initially was going to go with one of the 'buy it now' websites, but I got a better price this way. Recommed.
This review of an actual buyer authenticates the website.

Great Value
We are expecting a baby, and I had to sell my car fast in order to get something more economical. I chose the £10 package which was to advertise my car on desperateseller.co.uk website for an unlimited time. I really was not sure what to expect.
The customer service team were really helpful in answering my questions. I sold my car after 3 weeks for my full asking price, which I was thrilled about. I also had a dodgy person from Africa trying to contact me- I reported him to the desperate seller team, and they gave me great advice.
I would use again.

Love The 'watch This Car' Feature
I was browsing for a car on desperateseller.co.uk. I found a car I liked, that was a bit over budget. I used the 'watch this car' feature to keep an eye on the price, and I got a reduced price deal!! So pleased!
I used the desperateseller £9.99 package to sell my car too - the process was easy, although probably could be quicker. I like this company, as they seem to really care - I really liked the customer service team! Would use again.

Great Cheap Cars Section
I found this website a very useful tool when looking for my next car. They have a great "Value rating" tool which helps you decide if the seller's asking price is worth it based on the age and mileage of the car. The site also has a great "cheap cars" section where you can find a wide selection of cars under low price brackets (eg cars under £500). Well done!

Cool Site
Am a bit of a car lover, and I like this site for the reviews and general useful information. Advertised my car on the £10 Desperateseller only package a few months back, and sold after around 5 weeks. But the main reason I like this website is the extras on the site, such as tips and the good articles. They have a useful app also, although it is more just a car search, the website has more to offer.
Bmw X5
Hi there, I am concern about one of your sellers selling a bmw x5 Reg:EO09 DAA (2009)for £8640,I contacted the guy on his landline phone(02035828856)on wednesday afternoon I did not get an answer, I sent him an e-mail message then he replies saying that he had moved to Germany with the car, he then sent me more photos of the car in question and also by asking me if I still interested to do the deal using google wallet for the transaction, I then sent him my phones to get in touch or he can provide me a contact number where we can actually speak about the deal he could not call me or give me his phone.
Thanks and kind regards

Found A Car & Sold Mine
Last time I used Autotrader to sell my car - which worked out quite expensive. I had been suckered in by 'Webuyanycar' - but they offered me peanuts for my car- so I declined. Did not want to spend too much advertising online this time so I tried Desperateseller's £29.99 package which put my ad on 10 big name websites.
Desperateseller do not publish your email address on their site, which at first I was annoyed about - so I emailed their enquiries email. They told me it was to deter fraudsters, which I have experienced in the past, so when I thought about it realised if someone is genuine they will ring through on the phone. I also said the process in adding photos was not the easiest, they said they will be updating it. But if I wanted help adding more photos to let them know - so I emailed them 3 additional photos.
I had 2 enquiries about my car in the first 3 weeks, and the second guy bought it for the full amount - minus a small £50 discount that I agreed to.
I also wanted to buy a new car, so I used their search facility to look for a used Mercedes A Class. I narrowed my search to 3 cars, and went to view one at a dealer near Wilstead in Bedfordshire. He gave me a good discount & it was all straight forward enough.
So overall think good value for money, certainly got a better price than if I had used webuyanycar, & cheaper advertising than Autotrader. Only knocked one star off as the uploading of photos tricky for an older lady like me!

Sold My Car
I had a good experience with Desperateseller.co.uk. At first I was unsure, but decided to give them a go. I had trouble uploading the photos of my car on the site, so I emailed the customer service, and they helped me with my ad. In fact the reason I have written the review is that the customer service team were so nice, and helpful.
I had 3 enquries about my bmw - and I did sell my car. So overall pleased.

Critical Reviews Not Published
I have submitted reviews of cars which I own. These were honest comments about cars which are are least average to good examples but which criticised aspects of build quality or maintenance and repair or the dealer experience. Desperateseller failed to publish the comments. I can only assume that they only publish comments which are unlikely to damage their sales, whilst making the pretence of obtaining actual user experience.
