WE WERE GIVEN A DANGEROUS AND UNROADWORTHY CAR WHICH TOTALLY RUINED OUR TRIP!!!

We have been using Malaga Cars for over 20 years and our last experience in September was awful and will be the last!!

We rented a car for a month for a road trip around Spain and were given (unbeknown to us) a car with 2 illegally bald tyres and had a blow out in the motorway! (Our tyre literally shredded and fell apart and we narrowly avoided a collision with a lorry!)

We have been refused a full refund and given €80 for our inconvenience!

I signed the agreement and at no time was it pointed out that you will be charged 90 euros to go to Gibraltar when I asked about the 90 euros charge for 4 hours I was told you went to Gibraltar yet another sham from a Spanish car hire company will not use this company again.

Never again. Paid extra for top package for convertible car. They never received/acknowledged any of my emails. Took ages to collect car (no designated counter as described) long queue. Poor man serving us was working his fingers to the bone and highly stressed. Car was dirty. Convertible roof didn't work for 3 of the 7 days. They refused to reimburse any of my payment. Sent about 5 emails before they replied. Disgusting attitude. Will never use this company ever again. Centauro have always been good. We'll go back to them in future.

I rent cars all over Europe, but whenever I go to Andalusia, this is the one. If you pay for fully ensured (which is very affordable here) you get your key and when you return you just hand over the key. No fuss, no car inspection, no hassle. There is no comparison to Malagacars.

I have used Malagacar a number of times now and I have never been disappointed. The service is second to none, always got exactly what we asked for at a good price. I have used quite a few hire companies before I found Malaga cars but now I would only use this company. The pick up from the airport is very straight forward and never waited very long to pick our car up. The drop off is very easy and have always got straight onto the bus to take us over to departures. Over all I give them 10/10. Even the online hiring was very easy even for someone like me who isn’t very good on a computer. Will be using them from now on about four times a year.

Snelle shuttle service, snelle administratie afwikkeling. Geen verrassingen betreft prijs of verzekering. Komt afspraken na betreft prijs. Zeer nette en schone auto. Enige mindere is dat de code die we gekregen hebben voor de volgende auto niet werkte op de website.

If you are looking for a car hire in Malaga, go no further. We have rented vehicles from this group for over 6 years. We have had accidents, tickets and other dumb things. Malaga car staff takes it all in stride and gets you going again with no fuss. There staff is amazing and helpfull.Their vehicles are clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend Malaga car to anybody who rents in this area.

I find their hire rates very competitive with a broad range of modern cars.

The people at reception are welcoming,courteous and speak english.

Collecting and dropping off cars is very efficient no doubt helped by their clear and fair fuel charging policy. The website is very good and explains clearly what one is paying for eg no hidden extras. Any problems encountered (very few and minor) were quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

All we want when arriving at the airport is a seamless procedure without any potential for argument or sense of being 'ripped off'. So many car hire companies fail to make customers aware of the inclusions and omissions until they arrive at the desk.

Malagacars lays out clearly on the website exactly what is included in their three levels of package so there's no room for misunderstanding.

Once in the Reception office its up to you to see which desk to go to depending upon whether you have the 'full pack'which fast tracks you through without needing to discuss insurance etc.

If you have your own insurance that inevitably incurs leaving a deposit but that's common sense as Malagacars needs that cover. Its up to you to pay for damage and then reclaim it yourself from your policy.

I recently returned a car as it needed its engine oil changed and was immediately offered another without delay or fuss.

I have used them loads of times. Good value, fast service and friendly staff. Although just off the airport, the shuttle only takes a few minutes and I think it is faster and less hassle than returning a car to the large on airport parking area the other car rentals use. It has never taken more than about 20 minutes from landing to driving away.
