Car Servicing Plan
Wanted a 2 year servicing deal from Honda Lowestoft and was given a quote which I thought was fairly expensive so tried Honda Holden in Norwich.
The costs were fairly similar but Lings were unable to negotiate a cheaper price.
I have used Lings for over 20 years indeed have bought 5 cars over this time and had no problems but with times as they are have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Purchased a 2015 Honda Jazz and the experience was great from start to finish. The salesman was a lovely guy and went the extra mile saving us over three hours of driving by meeting us with our car nearer to our home. Car is brilliant so we can definitely recommend HONDA Lowestof.

I've been lucky to have quite a few cars in my time, both new and used. I've dealt with quite a few garages and sales men and I'm sure that it's an inherent trait, reasonably, to build up their goods to make a sale. I must say this outfit were very good at this. I bought a Honda sports car from them; nice car, expensive, but during the meetings I had with Lings I had been mislead, several times as to it's history and even shown some legal records that were available containing false hoods. Their own warrantee was not worth the paper it's was written on as the service history promised, never showed up. Further investigations with Honda direct, gave a little more insight to the car in that they had not serviced it within the last 5 years.
I'm not going on any more, even though there is. I admit to being an idiot for trusting a dealer who I thought was good, being a main Honda dealer as well. So I guess it's my fault, I lost a lot of money though cheap tactics, not expected from such a place.
What you hope to buy from these people is not necessarily what you expect Your choice!!

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the help and guidance which was provided in a very professional and friendly manner when I recently purchased a new Honda Jazz from Lings of Lowestoft.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to potential customers for their attention to detail and all round customer service.
My new Jazz replaced an 11 year old model and I was a little concerned about familiarising myself with the new technology and controls. However, no worries whilst I sat in the drivers seat, I was talked through and shown the workings of each aspect of the controls - a very thorough handover.
Once again my thanks to the Transaction Manager and his team.

Had my Honda jazz serviced here for 5 years until after the last service I was told that it would be dangerous to drive it away as both the rear suspension legs were leaking badly. Was quoted about £350 plus Vat for the job. Took the car straight to a garage that specialises in suspensions and was told after they examined it that NO WORK was needed as there were no leaks. The next day I took the car for an MOT and 2 MOT inspectors examined the suspension at my request and both stated that the suspension was fine and had never leaked. Will never go there again.

I visited Lings Honda Lowestoft for a service after having it recommended to me. Previously I had used independent garages but thought I would give them a try. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised, The staff were really considerate and attentive making me feel like a valued customer, they spoke to me about any issues they found even taking the time to describe what the pieces were and what they did ( I'm at a bit of a loss when it comes to mechanical things to do with cars). They explained what work needed doing and how long it would take. I then sat back and enjoyed my very nice free coffee and waited for the work to be completed.
Then came the time that time we all dread, the work was completed on the car and it was time to pay the bill, what a surprise that was. It came to less then I thought it was going to, which totally cheered me up. They spoke to me also about their service plans, which I would of taken up on this car but I am looking to sell it in a few months otherwise I would of signed up.
Overall a great experience was made of a sometimes mundane and sometimes expensive task.
I would rate the whole team and quality of workmanship as very high and would highly recommend their service to all.
To sum it up They provided a great service, at a fair price.

Do Not Buy From This Garage!!!
Worst after care experience I have ever had in my life. Major fault with my Car after only 2 months of purchase, Lings have consistently lied to me about what has been done to my Car , pretended fault had been fixed, when infact all they had done was an oil change! The only reason I found out they'd lied was because I found the invoice from another Garage they'd sent my car to, down the side of my seat! The rude, arrogant Manager just smirked & laughed at me when I informed him of this. They kept my car for a month, & took 2 weeks before they even booked it in to coopers of Norwich & when I queried this, ( I checked with the bmw Garage they'd sent my Car to) they said it was because a member of Staff had been rushed to Hospital & they didn't know what my car was in for?!! Laughable, especially when I'd spoken to 4 different members of staff in person! I have had to go back in to Garage 3 times to complain about the major fault & other various things wrong with car, which they still didn't get fixed despite having my car for a month! After the third time, & having to deal with the rude, smirking Manager once again, he blamed it all on coopers bmw why the faults hadn't been fixed, yet when I then phoned Coopers again, they confirmed all Lings asked them to do, was an oil change. It has a major mechanical fault with the engine cutting out, & was told Lings need to ask Cooper to do diagnostics on that! I effectively driving 3 little children around in a death trap right now, and guess what, after going in Tuesday to complain, & told it will be booked back in to bmw asap, I phone Coopers Friday as have heard nothing from Lings still, and it still hadn't been booked in!!!! So Trading standards & legal action now, avoid this Garage like the plague!
