I find it almost impossible to access my account since you changed the web site.Why change what was simple to someone like me[age 76].Why fix something if it's not broken?Please revert your site to it's original PLEASE.

It's Hard To Exaggerate How User-friendly This Ser
It's hard to exaggerate how user-friendly this service is. Having used other banks online services (Santander, Bank of Ireland) this is genuinely far better than anything else out there. Everything is on hand and so straight forward. I haven't needed to go into a branch for years and the phone support team are equally fast and friendly.
Well worth it.
