Saga Car Rental

I did a reservation on-line and was waiting for the confirmation for more than 1 week. I did not receive a reply to any of my emails, so I just had to hire a car with another company, but with 10 days less to plan our trip properly. Happy I did not give my card number, definitely not recommended.

We rented a car from Saga and they messed up the billing by confusing us with another customer who was hiring the same kind of car the same day but who was returning it 8 days later than we were. We were charged for the 5 days we had the car PLUS 8 days and although they told us over the phone that they would fix the problem, here it is 3 months later and they are not responding to emails. It's clear that they know that they have our money but they have no intention of fixing the billing problem. I would recommend that vistors to Iceland NOT USE this car rental company.
