Impressive Service

This is the second time I have used Stevens . The handover of the vehicle to you at the airport is excellent. A few minute paperwork and you are shown to your vehicle outside the terminal. Returning the vehicle is just as easy. This is a great company with impressive service and no hidden extras. I would look no further . Keep up the good work guys.

Car hire is like hotels. If you read the reviews you don’t know who to give your business to. So really you take a chance.

We didn’t want a car at the airport we wanted it delivered to the hotel two days later which is what happened and delivery on time. Very pleasant chap who explained he hadn’t brought a car of the category we’d ordered but an upgrade at no extra charge. When we went out to the car later we discovered it was a 7 seater people carrier which was far too big for our needs. We drove into Larnaca to see about changing it for what we’d ordered and found this office (about midday) to find the office closed. We rang the number on the door and he agreed to change the car the following morning at 8.30am, which he did, bringing us a Honda Jazz auto which was in the category we ordered. Not a new car, bits of wear inside, but comfortable, it drove okay, and everything worked. At £38 a day for six days including half a tank of petrol you can’t complain about the price.

Should we come back to Cyprus we’ll probably use them again.

Best Car Rental Service I Ever Tried In All Europe

When we arrived, their representative was already waiting at the airport. Extremely polite, he even recommended us local meals to try. No hassle with credit cards, you just pay with cash and go, full insurance and additional drivers included. Drop off we just called 30 minutes before, arrived, gave him the keys and that's it. You shall return the car with almost empty fuel. Great customer experience, best I ever tried in Europe. When back to Cyprus, will for sure use them again.

Holiday Booking For Three Cars.

I booked three cars for a family holiday August 2022. There were twelve people in our group including a three month old baby. We came out of baggage reclaim and the representative from Stevens cars was waiting for us. Went outside with our luggage the cars were lined up ready. The reps loaded all our luggage into our vehicles which was a a feat in itself but they were incredibly helpful. The return trip home we rocked up at departures and they were waiting for us, unloaded the cars took the keys said they hoped we had a lovely holiday and drove off,seamless. Really good price on the cars and regular emails. When we return to Cyprus again they will be our first choice. Brilliant!!

101 How To Get One Star

Booked an car few days ago for end of October more or less for 8 days. Getting a quote for 108 euros which seems very reasonable actually great price. Next day had a confirmation that all good and car will wait for me. 24h later another email my booking was cancelled due to lack of cars!! (It’s for end of October.. I am booking beginning of February!!!).

Anyway, I asked why… well they never responded, why would they bother, right..

Simply they just didn’t like something about me or they really have 3 cars all together.

Hope review will make them think twice.

Great Service

Got to the airport delayed by 3 hours their rep was there waiting for us tall guy really polite and helpful we were done and in our car ready to go in under 10 mins brand new mazda people carrier. We had so much luggage we planned on getting a taxi for some luggage the guy offered to take it for us as it was 5 mins away from his house and we were his last customers great service. On our way back another guy was waiting for us helped us with luggage and straight into terminal so easy

Not Appropriate Service At All!!

We have booked in advance a car from Stevens Car Rental - an automatic one, hoping that this will help us feel more comfortable when driving on the left side - not to think of manual changing and concentrate on the left driving.

At the day of our landing the guy from Stevens Car Hire was waiting for us, he showed us the car and asked one of the boys to sit in it - so he did it and started looking around as this was his first seating in a car on a right side as a driver. At this moment the guy from Stevens said "Sorry, I cant give you the car" - just like that ... The explanaition was that we didin't look like we know what to do with atumatic car ?! And his opinion was based on a few seconds in which our friend just sit in the car. He started explaining how expesive it can be if someting in the automatic car breaks and that's why we couldn't have the car... We were shocked as nowhere in their terms&conditions they note that you should have experience with an automatic car, nor that you should have experience in left driving, nor that they make a test of you skills on the airport parking ?!?! This guy didn't event tell us that he would test our driving skills or something like that - he just said "please sit in " and then "i can't give you the car".

So this was a great start of the holiday - cancelling your rent a car at the airport, leaving you on the parking with all your luggage. He didn't even suggest to help us find another car - nothing. Just said "bye" and left us there wonderting what to do.

I agree that they can be worried about their cars and stuff BUT those things should be noted to customers in advance, letting them know that they have special conditions for hiring their cars. Surprising you at the airport that you no more can a booked rent a car, when in Cyprus it's a must to go anywhere - this is no good customer service!

Luckily Petsas car rental had a free car - it was cheaper than Stevens even though booked last minute and much newer and bigger! They didn't make any "test" of our skills, we had a great experience driving the car, no problems, perfect service - really recomment them!

First Class Service

I have been using this company for many years now and would not use any other. You can book on line,When you get to Larnaca Airport they are at arrivals with a board and your name on, a quick rental form to sign and you are on your way to the car, a representative of the company accompanies you to your car which is right outside the airport terminal, all the cars I have rented have been very clean and well looked after. You are on your way driving to your destination within 10-15 minutes of arriving.Excellent service.

The car was a sparkling new ford and he put our luggage in the car. My phone was not working so we didn't have directions to go to the apartment we had booked and he told us to wait 2minutes jumped in another car and told us to follow him and he would lead us there as we were his last customers of the night and our apartment was close to the airport. Now that is what I call service.Great company would use Stevens rental cars every time and recommend to anyone. This Stevens for helping make our holiday great

Are the vehicles new and in good condition?

Is it correct that no deposit is taken? Normally car hire companies "hold" a certain amount of money on your credit card (aka deposit). Stevens rental doesn't. Is it true?
