I highly recommend my hairdresser at T&G Richmond . He uses amazing Japanese sissors and razor cuts my hair to layer and feather it . I think he is one of the few hairdressers who razor womens long hair but it is an incredible finish and texture and it’s like watching an artist at work . He has never disappointed . He is truly inspiring and a pleasure to let him suggest what cut is best .

As usual the Covent Garden Floral St. Salon was 5 star.

Terrific haircut and the colouring skills are superb.

It is remarkably good in every way. Staff are charming, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

In my opinion and having tried most, it is indisputably the best Salon in London. They really go the extra mile

I have been visiting the Richmond salon for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. From the moment you enter, front of house look after you perfectly. My hair has always been looked after by R and D for colouring and cutting who are both professional and excellent company. The salon is comfortable (music not too loud) and it is easy to relax. There is a very good range of products which I love and they really suit my hair. Can't wait for my next appointment, long overdue as a result of lockdown!

I called Tevor Sorbie Covent Garden and I asked for someone who could cut curly hair well. I was assure she was trained and could do it. I’ve paid £110 for a bog standard and blunt trim that has made my normally curly hair now frizzy and uncontrollable. Maybe they at ok for straight hair but don’t go if you have curls - they don’t know what they are doing. I could have pairs £25 and had exactly the same experience and terrible hair cut

EXCELLENT from beginning to end!!!! I went to the salon in Richmond and had a great consultation with the stylist (he’s amazing btw!) and he did exactly what I was looking for! I got a half head of highlights and he has transformed me! He’s brilliant!!!! I love the salon, the staff and the whole experience! I couldn’t recommend this highly enough, money definitely well spent!!!!! Don’t go based purely on these reviews, I am so pleased I didn’t!!!

I am very disappointed with my haircut today at Manchester. One side is quite nice, the other has a peculiar short thick layer, shorter than the other side, that makes my medium bob look a bit like a muffin top, and straggly underneath. I requested a senior stylist but was allocated a stylist. It willing take months to grow out. I would not go again, I have had much better much cheaper haircuts.

It’s such a shame as the branch in the brighton salon is a dream, staff in Manchester are so wrapped up in themselves, what clothes they have shopped for on their break to notice that they leave customers without a drinker a simple hello. . Perhaps it’s a colour thing? I seemed to be the only paying guest sat there who wasn’t greeted pleasantly or offered refreshment. This isn’t the first time the very same thing has happened, there appears to be a worrying pattern. The reception area is unacceptably cold and you can sit there for nearly an hour waiting but offered nothing, not even eye contact!! Interestingly they seem happy when I pay the bill, they don’t ignore me then or leave me waiting like a chump!! So as someone who has experienced the exact same treatment on 3 separate occasions only at the Manchester store it’s either a deliberate race hate action on behalf of the staff paid to offer a professional, welcoming service or they are simply unprofessional, rude and lack in basic manners and customer care principles .... only the staff repeatedly carrying out this approach know!!

I was talked into having a fringe having been told by stylists over the years that my forehead was too low, but the stylist at this salon on Richmond kept insisting,

My mistake was to attend a launch of the salon in Richmond. I was plied wit sparkling wine and then told they were offering free fringe trims. They talked about a very subtle one which I could swipe to the side, I still resisted but was told it would look great. Have ended up with a thick fringe straight across my forehead which will take years to grow out. My self confidence has been hugely effected and I had to cancel several birthday event over the weekend as I was too embarrassed to go out. A

What I feel most let down about is that the stylists (who knew nothing about me) all encouraged me to do it saying it would suit me. I remember that very clearly - there was lots of flattery (which is all part of these launch type events) and I was carried away in the moment to make a decision which I will regret for a very long time. Such decisions require a lot of thought and talking about what you are aiming for in a style. I had no chance to do this. Because of the nature of the launch the stylists were rushing around trying to charm everyone and I would say the stylist took all of 3 mins to chop into my hair. Yanking a piece of in the middle of my forehead and cutting it short.

The idea of the launch was to bring old clients back but it had the opposite effect on me.

I visited Trevor Sorbie, Covent Garden today, and I was extremely impressed! It was a very relaxed, and calm atmosphere, and I was offered tea, or water immediately. The staff were all so hard at work, and I looked at every hairstyle being performed, and must admit, all were absolutely beautiful, and technically perfect. The staff are 100% dedicated, and I did not detect any sort of bitchiness or snobbery within the salon, which can often put clients off. My own haircut was the best haircut of my life! I cant mention my hairdresser's name here, but she worked on my hair to achieve the most wonderful cut, and she totally listened to me at the beginning of the appointment. Just absolutely would recommend Trevor Sorbie, Covent Garden to anyone who needs a fantastic haircut in a wonderful atmosphere.

I have been going to TS for one year now and love it! Excellent customer care, everyone very friendly and a nice environment. Every single cut and colour I have had has been perfect and they really listen to their clients wishes but care about hair condition too. The free drinks and snacks are a great touch, loved the Aperol cocktail!
