On The Menu It States Burgers Are Cooked Medium/we
On the menu it states burgers are cooked medium/well (this is very small and in the corner of the menu), but when I received my burger it was bloody and more like rare.
Made a complaint about the blood and then it appeared that instead of chargrilling me a new burger they deep fried it?
Watch out for the hidden 12% surcharge for service that they charge you, it is on you bill total, on top of V.A.T and all the rest.
Again the 12% surcharge is not obvious on the menu in very tiny writing and states it's optional to pay, but on the reciept there is no mention of this, so if your not careful you could paying lots for service which we found was not that hot either.
