Stay Away With This Sham Artist

This ladybird company is big shark…

This ladybird company is big shark please avoid them. Customer service are very rude seems don’t care and very disrespectful. Takings money . If you got with them you will end up with debt dead. They very good make you foolish. First quote was very cheap I put my details no claim exactly right year and they said it’s wrong and increased then send me another email ask DVLA code them another email said driving license took year I put nearly date witch I don’t remember exactly dates I got license. Then added another amount. Then my insurance cost nearly £2000. I’ve got 2017 old Benz care witch I pay last year small insurance. Then I cancelled my insurance now they taking from me another £ 254.22 cancellations fee

First monthly payment was£ 85.07

Then increased 102.2

Then another £317.55

Another cancellation free -254.22

Stay away with this rude staff

Ladybird cancelled my insurance because…

Ladybird cancelled my insurance because of a change of address and then took out money from my account the following month. When I called them, they said I was owing them £212.61 and sent me an email to that effect, of which they had never sent me before me calling them.

They also blackmailed me saying if I do not pay, they would not issue me with my NCB.

I think Ladybird, Close Brothers and Right Choice are all in this cxx game.

It made no sense to cancel my insurance as I have never had a claim and still charge me for them canceling my insurance. Also I was told over the phone, that I was paying in arrears. Who pays for services nowadays in arrears, especially insurance. Has anyone heard anything so ridiculous???

PUBLIC, KEEP AWAY FROM THEM PLEASE. They are bad news.

Possibly The Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With - Avoid At

Charged me £245 for 15 days worth of cover despite contacting them within the cooling-off period in an attempt to cancel. Spoke to two ladies via telephone, found both to be extremely rude and unhelpful - also provided contradictory information. Very unprofessional company who are very hard to get a hold of - be prepared to wait for a very long time if you wish to speak to them by phone, email communication also very poor as they pick and choose when they feel like responding.

Will be taking my personal matter further but would seriously advise anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere.

Did policy online and Paid in full . I phoned them as my documents didn’t upload for them to tell me it had been cancelled but I could speak to the sales team to get another quote . All documents were in my portal . I said I’d cancel then and she said the charge was £115 what a nonsense They didn’t do anything I did all the work online .

Avoid ladybird car insurance at all costs. I’m now doubting I will get my £500 back off of them . And I’ve got to wait up to 30 days in this day and age that’s rediculous. Avoid this company as they are very rude on the phone as well and started threatening me for no Reason accusing me of driving my car without insurance because I wouldn’t take the insurance out with them disgusting behaviour

sham company be aware don't not use the charge more then quote demand things i have never done in over 30 years of insurance then demand double the quote

13 Hours On Call

Complete incompetence, on calls to this company for 13 hours on a continuous loop. 7 emails which no bothers to respond to.

Complaints raised which do not get addressed.

I will be referring this to the ombudsman now.

Requested a simple policy amendment in putting a new private plate.

Was promised this was done yet no documentation to confirm the change. Back on the calls now hoping to speak to anyone who will help. Just spoke to receptionist who said she cant help but she has a new number to transfer me through to. Still waiting...

Avoid this company like the plague. It is horrendous the wait times and there is a non existent customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!!

System Has Been Down Over A Week.. Finally Up And

System has been down over a week.. finally up and running... called for a simple amendment to my policy..waited 1hr 30mins to get through.. call cuts off 5 mins..no courtesy call back.. I then call back waiting just over 2hrs guy then puts me on hold.. phone cuts off...no call back...I call again waiting 2hrs 45mins only to hear they can’t amend my policy at the moment CALL YOU BACK WHEN WE CAN. meanwhile I still can’t drive my car. I have paid out on ubers everyday for a week to get to work and back.

This company is unprofessional

I have been trying to get through to this company for three hours just to make a claim

Spoke to several different people and they have just passed me around from department to department . With the latest stating oh there is no one in front of you it’s been an hour .
