Steer Clear At All Costs
Seen a car I was interested in advertised as 4wd checked and was told by an advisor the car was 4wd had full MOT.Travelled over 200 miles to collect car .When I arrived back at home was horrified to discover car had no MOT ,was not 4wd,whem complained was treated to a pack of lies over the whole sale process.Avoid at all costs

I went to this dealership after travelling over 1 and a half hours!! when I pulled into the dealership, I was greeted with an umbrella(as it was raining) and a warm friendly smile, the salesman was very open in the fact that the business was due to close for redevelopment of the site. I was a little worried but was put at ease by the sales team in my purchase of our FANTASTIC XC90.After purchase I did have a few niggly problems which they quickly sorted,
I can honestly say its a shame that other dealerships don't follow in same footsteps with customer service.

Do Not Deal With This Company They Never Keep Their Word
I went to look for a Volvo XC90 ended up buying one from Insignia Homes Trading as S2000-4U it is the worst decision I have ever made in my entire life. The staff make lots of promises but do not want to know when there is a problem. The day in question I got into the car and could not adjust the seat the electronics were not working, I took the car for a test drive on leaving the garage drove down the road then noticed there was no speedometer or readings on the panel, it also had no road tax and no trade plates. The salesman assured me that the problems could soon be sorted, this was not the reality. I accepted his word paid a deposit and left and waited to be told when to collected the car, which was a few weeks later, they had assured me that all the problems had been sorted. There was a broken wing mirror which they said they would replace but never did. A few weeks later I went and collected the car and I travelled just two miles down the road and the car went into limp mode and would only travel at 30mph maximum. I took the car back and explained that I did not want the car as they obviously had not sorted the problem and I was stopping my payment with the bank for the car which I did immiediately. (I had paid by debit card they would not accept a credit card). I told them I did not want the car they had, had enough time to sort the car this was the second time the car had broken down.They became very unavailable whenever I tried to get my money back, they would not return my calls. They passed the car onto Dynatune to be repaired and Dynatune kept phoning me saying the vehicle was being repaired and would let me know when it was sorted. Evenually the electronics were sorted, I accepted the car on the understanding that all the problems were sorted including the broken mirror but when they delivered the car the broken wing mirror had not been replace and they refused to spend anymore money on the car, they said they had paid out enough money to getting the car operational and would not honour their written agreement. They would not give me any warranty they sold a policy to cover warranty. I have reported this company to Trading Standards. I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE, THEY STATED WE WOULD NOT GET ANYWHERE BY COMPLAINING I WOULD ONLY BE STRESSING MYSELF. They told me I was in the wrong, NO I WAS NOT, THEY ONOLY THING I DID WRONG WAS AGREEING TO BUY THE CAR, THEY WERE AT FAULT, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE WHEN I WAS SOLD THE VOLVO XC90 they DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD ON EVERYTHING THAT THEY PROMISE, THEY ARE ARROGANT AND AN EXACT EXAMPLE OF THEY WAY NOT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I would not recomend this company to anyone. EVERYONE BEWARE
Sounds very familiar I had the same problem with an Xc60 from them .Luckily the car was bought on finance and when they decided to side with the lies of this garage I sought help from the Financial Ombudsman. After over twelve months of haggling from the finance company making stupid offers the Ombudsman found the car had been misold and awarded a)refund of all payments and deposit less 70% of three months payments for me using the car,b)Compensation for stress caused by miselling the car to me ,c)100% refund of monies paid for essential repairs to the car d)refund of monies paid for an MOT that i was assured the vehicle had when purchased

Fantastic Car Sales
I purchased a car , I have to say I got a really good deal and the service was fantastic, I've always been cautious about buying from a show room , but I have to say I will definatly be buying from s2000 again , so if your looking for a car with a great deal and great after service, then please go and look at s2000 cars for sale .

Recently bought a used Volvo XC60 from S2000-4U.
Had a choice of two cars and could not make-up my mind which was for me.
S2000-4U staff were patient and allowed me to test drive both models, twice and without any pressure.
I was given a good PX deal on my existing car (Mini Clubman) and am delighted with my current car,
which was very competitively priced and well presented.
The staff were all friendly and treated me as a valued customer and gave me honest advice about the vehicle.
I have a good all round knowledge of cars and even work part-time for another dealer myself - so could have 'smelled a rat'!
Given the type of stock at S2000-4U - If you are a petrol head then YOU could be the one that buys that 4.2V8
when you need a 2.0TDI... But the staff will genuinely help to keep you right side up.
Deep-down I knew that 335i wan't the right car for me!
Overall a happy experience.
My tips would be: If you are serious about a specific car- make an appointment.
This dealer gets very busy, especially at weekends.
Also - Do not rely on the eBay advertisements, which are not as swiftly updated as the company's website.

I noticed a car I was very interested in so emailed S2000-4U so more details and information.
I was actually surprised on the prompt replies which you do not get from many dealers. Also many of the questions I asked were answered very well.
S2000 then gave me a call and a trip down was organised so I could view it.
The owner of the business said he could meet me any time I wanted too, which was nice so a time was set and I came down.
I was offered a test drive without even asking for one which again was a nice touch.
All staff was very helpful and easy to talk too.
The owner Sean does drive a hard bargain but offered me a good price on trade in and we came to agreement on final price. Tough but fair.
After sales as been absolutely perfect with the same rapid replies I received before I even brought the car.

I'm something of a serial car buyer and constantly looking for my next perfect ride.
S2000 4u stock a great selection of cars, are up for a deal and are generous spirited
when it comes to test drives and in spending time with each customer.
I was not an easy customer, deliberating over two, similar cars and struggling to make
a decision!
In the event I bought a Volvo XC60 at a competitive price and got a good deal on my PX.
S2000 4u completed the handover as agreed and have since called to follow-up on the sale.
There was no hard sell or pressure and I felt valued throughout the buying process and beyond.
My holding deposit was honoured and this to me is the first point of trust between a dealer and
buyer.
S2000 4u have delivered and exceeded my expectatations and based upon my personal experience
deserve a positive review.

Good Service And Helpful Friendly Staff
Arranged to view a car and paid a holding deposit which was refundable pending viewing the vehicle. The staff were helpful, polite,friendly, with no pressure sales, I was given time to view the car by myself without someone standing over me. Test drive was relaxed, the staff member (from Poland) was a nice chap, Sean (manager)was open to questions and honest. There was a slight problem with the rear bumper but Sean agreed to have this fixed at a time convenient to me. I would buy from this dealer again and would also check their stock for other family members if they decide to buy a new car.

Impossible To Deal With
I traded in my old car as part exchange. Annoyingly I left my parking permit in the old car. They promised to send it to me. They never did. When I upgraded to a years warranty, it was with a third party. They charged me for the warranty, but when I came to claim on it, the warranty company had never heard of me. I phoned S2000-4-u and they promised to sort it out and get back to me. They never did! Everytime I phone the person I need to talk to is out of the office, but try tomorrow. After just over 3 weeks and 9 telephone calls, they still haven't sorted it out. I think the only way to get any action is to go to the small claims court. It all seems so unnecessary!
I also was told the car I bought had Autoguard warranty But guess what when I tried to claim they had never heard of me!!!!!!!

Recent Buying Experience
Wanted a convenient local place to purchase a used Volvo XC90 and had seen plenty of good stock here. Our dealings were with the owner and it was a quick, efficient and personal experience. We were able to part exchange our vehicle and benefit from a good discount on the Volvo we wanted, all done without hassle and fairly. Post sale after care was really good and taken care of 100% by S2000, who communicated in a timely and helpful manner.
