Best Bus For North London
The bus is fast and goes direct to the airport, and still plenty of seats available when boarding at Brent Cross to the airport.

This was my first experience with Greenline and never again will I use them and NEITHER SHOULD YOU.. save your money!
They were late to pickup, then we’re over an hour late to my destination that I didn’t even get to because I had to get off before I missed my appointment, which I ended up missing because of it.
Then when I called (the southern region switchboard) to get a refund (or partial) I was met with the rudest customer service white male rep, who kept on talking over me and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Even though I wasn’t rude. Sir, if you hate your job get another one don’t take it out on me. It’s not my fault you’ve got a miserable life. Wish I got his name

Please Read! Green Line + Make You Miss Your Flights!
Please anyone who needs to get to Luton airport from London (Finchley road) NEVER use green line! This happened July 3rd 2022 on the 757/755 bus.
They force you to use a pathetic app to ‘pre-book’ a ticket that in no ways guarantees you a seat on a bus that has available seats because of their illogical ‘first come first serve’ . Which goes against offering pre-booked tickets and makes zero sense for an overpopulated city and a highly trafficked airport route.
We pre-booked two tickets hours in advance for Finchley rd to Luton and waited for the bus to come and it ended up being a nightmare.
There was a mad rush and free for all as people shoved to the front. The bus driver didn’t call for prebook tickets first (like someone with common sense would and as national express and other coach services do!!!) and instead started to sell tickets to people who had just turned up to the stop 5 minutes prior. There was initially 12 seats and because of this POS driver and his idiocy that left four people with prebooked and activated tickets unable to get on the bus.
Activated tickets are also a bloody sham, they don’t explain it but if you activate your ticket thinking you’ll get a pdf/e ticket it’s actually QR ticket that has a 2 hour timer on it and also can’t be screenshotted. If the timer runs out you can’t get another bus so you are screwed.
The POS driver was aggressive and didn’t give a damn that his stupid and avoidable actions screwed over at least four people all trying to catch flights. He refused to refund the people who just bought tickets in the moment and allowed them on infront of us.
He said to ‘just get the next bus’ like the ignorant dumbass he was because 1) the next bus was in a hour 2) his bus was already late so this ‘next bus’ could in theory be just as late too 3) the next bus could have an equally as dumb driver who would again not ask for tickets first but sell tickets to anyone walking down the street and we wouldn’t get on that bus either!
What followed was the bus driver calling the police on us (Like I said he was illogical) shouting at us and calling his brother on the phone to ‘help’ him and other male passengers (who conveniently paid for a ticket in the moment) shouting at us and trying to physically assault one of the female passengers who had been standing at the doorway of the bus (who prebooked but couldn’t get get on).
The four of us (prebooked ticket holders) ended up having to share a taxi and pay an extortion amount of money on top of the bus tickets we actually bought. Imagine if you were on your own and had to pay for a taxi on top of that £11.50 sham bus ticket.
When we got in the taxi (after the bus driver had loaded and closed the doors on us while being on the phone the rest of the time after shouting at us) and like an absolute psychopath the bus driver then proceeded to tailgate our taxi, blast his horn and then overtake and drive on the middle of the white line over the lane our taxi was in and trying to stop our taxi from being to drive/run us off the road?
We ended up getting to Luton airport and getting through to our gate with 20 minutes to spare. We were so close to missing our flight and it was incredibly busy in security. The Scottish lady who prebooked a ticket and shared our taxi would have missed her flight if it hadn’t have been delayed which she found out as we got out in the airport carpark. The other gentleman who also got our taxi recorded the entire situation and we were all very distressed and shaken by the incident.
Please never use green line aka sham line because they care about money not about you and have messed up policies on their site to try to get away with screwing over people to avoid giving refunds and punishing people who try to plan in advance.

Horrible Experience
Driver and manager extremely rude and offensive after being unprofessional and unreliable. Had no idea what an online ticket looked like and started shouting accusing me of not having the ticket just because they didn’t know how to communicate about the online tickets.
Never ever again! Terrible experience!!!

Some Drivers Are Very Rude
Terrible website. Hard to find what we are actually looking for. And some drivers are very rude to customers and not even listening to us. I have travelled many times with Greenline and this time I had a worst experiance with the driver and my overall rating is very poor.
Left In The Cold
Been waiting over 4 hours for a single bus. Nothing at all. Unreliable telephone representative doesn't seem to even know where the buses are.
Waited for one and a half hour yesterday morning 29 October for a pre-booked Greenline 757 bus to Luton , no bus arrived, I had to get a London taxi to Airport which cost €100 from Finchley road. My family were freezing waiting for a bus that never arrived, 3 National express buses to Luton went pass in the same time.. I will never use Greenline again, I do not recommend this bus company to anyone..
Theifs ! Avoid Them At All Cost
I bought one ticket to the airport Friday at 4pm. They sent me a link you can only use once, and guess what it didn't work.
Too late to reach the customer service (of course !), I've just been stolen of 11 pounds. AVOID THEM !

Terrible Services!
I bought a ticket online on Friday evening. I received it by email and opened it and tried to print it, however it said that it cannot be redeemed. Obviously, you can access your ticket through the link just once and if something happens to your Internet or whatever, you can forget about your ticket. Now I don't have access to my ticket and I'm traveling on Sunday. Today (Saturday) I tried contacting them but they are not working, which is absolutely ridiculous! I would never ever make the mistake to use their services!!!

Driver Did Not Switch On Air Conditioning- Temp Outside 29°
Another journey - same negative experience as many times before.
A polish speaking driver moaning about his low wages with another polish guy.
Sockets no working...nothing unusual, I can't remember last time they have been switched on.
Ventilation system switched off completely , temperature outside reaches 30°
Driver has lowered his own window so why should he give a damm....people are dying overheated dont care ..i am a driver, got my window down so who cares?
Please avoid at all cost, take the short journey by shuttle to the train station and travel with dignity....
Oh and by the way ...you are not allowed to bring to the Greenline 757 bus the coffee even with closed lid device....

New 758 Timetable
Used to use this bus route quite often from Hemel to London - but new timetable put paid to that. First non-commuter bus in now 10 rather than 9.30. Thus you get into London 30 mins later. Coming back buses in rush hour reduced - so often don't get on the one waiting for. So few that missing one means long long wait. Now use train - much more reliable and you know you'll get home on time. And the new buses - hopeless - less leg room to squeeze in more people. Uncomfortable journey - more reason not to use the service. Shame on you.
