Toyota Car Finance

I used Toyota finance when I bought my new car. They were very efficient at taking the money out of my account. But, when it came to communicating with them they were not interested and just made it up as they went along- whatever they thought I wanted to hear. They have even managed to contradict themselves.

Fantastic, was going to go with Ford, but ended up with Toyota, right from the get go, they were on top of everything, and like they said and I totally agree with it (because it wasn't said in a horrible way) "we want you to buy another car from us" I went for the Toyota Aygo, a new one, and she's been a dream. I asked about servicing etc and they said they would get in contact with me, very easy. I also asked about bringing the car in to exchange, and he again repeated we get in contact with you. Very friendly staff, all willing to help. Dealt with three of them, and each was as lovely as the first. I did pay extra for the safeguard, but that was my choice, and as accident prone as I am it's needed. The first guy asked me if I wanted to take the service package out and I said yes, though he came back 20 minutes later and said I didn't need it, servicing was free for two years :) great!!! Would go with them again.
