Its Always a Pleasure to eat at the Imperial Garden in stubbington.The owner Joe and his staff provide a really good Friendly place to eat or just to have a coffee and a chat. We need more places like this where you are made so welcome, congratulations to Joe and his Staff especially Jack who look after their elderly clients and engage them in conversation which goes such a long way to making their visit enjoyable WELL DONE

We have been visiting Joe and his restaurant since he opened in Stubbington. We always take our friends and have a great time, the service is really top drawer. We have over the years visited many restaurants which decline over time, however, the Imperial Garden keeps delivering an excellent venue, from a quite meal for two up to a family occasion. I would recommend it to anyone, I'm sure even in these tough economic times you would struggle to get better value.

We have eaten at the Imperial Garden many times and we never fail to enjoy the experience. Good food, top rate service from friendly but professional staff and owners. The restaurant has a calm and pleasant ambience with background music that is set at the right level. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer for many years, even back when Jo ran a restaurant elsewhere. He's SO good I followed him. Food is delicious, service impeccable (where Chinese or English dishes) and value for money is guaranteed. Families go here, and so do professionals wanting a decent refined meal. All people are catered for. A level of decorum is inspired in all diners by the manners and refinement of the staff. Overall an excellent meal, outstanding service and very satisfied customers all round. Well worth a visit. Thoroughly recommended!!!

i used to be a frequent customer until he doubled his prices and the food quality shot down under the ground!! the service is reasonably quick but as you know chinese food can be hands on so they get messy and you lick your fingers, this is forbidden in this restaraunt! he actually told me and another relative of for this!!!!

the Imperial Garden, Stubbington - A big asset to the village. Everyone is extremely friendly, from the owner to the service and kitchen staff. The atmosphere is relaxing,well chosen background music and stylish decor in modern'Hong Kong' style. Fresh roses on the tables are a plus factor, typical of a high standard. Visitors from Lancashire who are experienced in Chinese food said that their meals were the best that they had eaten. Chinese New Year, at the aptly named Imperial Garden was as good as any that I had experienced during my years in Hong Kong. Additionaly there is an excellent variety of English dishes usually so well presented that it was a shame to spoil their appearance.

In my opinion, the The Imperial Garden is the best Chinese restaurant in the UK without any doubt. Unbelievably friendly service, good food, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable surroundings and stunningly beautiful waitresses! And if you want class, this place sells 'Krug' and 'Louis Roederer Cristal' champagnes on request! What other Chinese restaurant sells that sort of stuff? I would not dream of going anywhere else. To me, this Chinese restaurant is Heaven!!!
