Very good rental car company in Fredericksburg, Tx. Easy to rent, little to no wait time, cars were available and clean. Staff were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. We were given a choice of cars in the category we chose. The return went easy, too. We were very happy that we were able to be picked up to rent the car and driven home after the return. We are a Senior couple in a town with little to no taxi service so we greatly appreciated the pick up and drop off.

Efficient process, just reserve your car online and pick up the key from a "vending machine". No waiting in long lines, I would do this again the next time I need to hire a car! The only thing that could be done to perfect this service is to print the location of the car on the receipt. We were searching for about 15 minutes until someone told us the car was parked in another parking lot and not in the garaged which was mentioned everywhere on parking plans. It's nice that a few cars were offered so you can choose which one suits you best (and all for the same price).

“Terrible delivery procedure”

Was told it was a good idea to take pictures of the car before delivery. When the car was delivered back, it was almost inspected with a magnifying glass. Another family before us had to pay 240 Euro for a small scratch on a rim/wheel. The money is not used to repair the damage, but simply marked on the overview drawing of the car for the next customer. It is just a money machine with no current assessment of the cost of the damage it self. Immediately, there is no connection between an insurance purchased through Car Travel insurance in the event of such damage and a damage that must be paid on the spot. You have to deal with that yourself at home.

Very easy pick up and return, no high pressure upsell, comprehensive list of previous bumps scratches etc emailed to me , car was upgraded FOC as the sixt staff advised we might struggle for space with our luggage . Overall it was painless and stress free both at pick up and drop off.

We where really happy with the car and the procedures where easy. Way quicker than other companies and well organised. Stuff was friendly and very professional. All in all thos was one of the best experiences we had with rental cars. The car was clean and not bosible from outside that it was a rental car. Features in the car where great. Connecting your mobile to the car and using spotify and google maps where a huge plus. We will definately rent a car there again.

I was able to rent a family sized car for 1 week at an excellent price and the online booking was very easy. I was a little disappointed when I discovered the car was located off-airport but the van was waiting for us, even though we were early and we left immediately. Pick up of the car was easy and quick. I was a little nervous about the staff's relaxed nature of the many scratches/scrapes on the almost new car (only 10,000km) but when I came to return the car, I need not have worried. Staff were helpful and quick and the car was ideal for what we needed - the scratches etc did not matter at all to us - so long as I wasn't going to be charged for them! Not only would I recommend Abbycar, I will be booking again when I return in February and am likely to become a regular customer as I visit Greece frequently. The fact they are off airport didn't really add any delay - we were in the airport within less than 30 minutes of first arriving at their office to drop the car off.

I rented a car for two weeks, and it worked without any problems. If you are booking through an airline, make sure that you ask for directions at the information desk. The front desk of Keizen Rent is located at the very top floor of the airport terminal Warszawa Okecie. This is the only difference between this and the other rental companies. It was hard to find it and I lost some time but it all worked out.

Some car rentals offer this option but within certain time so check from their website your options but you might lose some deposit. Again it's not standard through all rental companies but I once cancelled a reservation and they returned all the money back to my credit card.

Most of the times, cancellation is free until a day or two prior to taking up the car. Check on your voucher/contract, it should say so somewhere, in the "general conditions". I Once changed a reservation from a 7 seat vehicule to an ordinary car, and the difference between the 2 booking rates was paid back on my credit car. That was a few years ago though

Hi, The following is our cancellation policy: We offer a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booking. If the booking is cancelled after 48 hours but before the scheduled pick-up time, we will charge an administration fee of €20. We do not accept cancellations after the scheduled pick-up time, no funds will be reimbursed. (Please note that when cancelling your car rental reservation, you are personally responsible for cancelling the excess insurance you might have purchased together with the rental.) Refunds will be processed immediately but may take a couple of days to reach your account.

If the reserved vehicle is not available request an alternative. If the matter is not resolved, contact us so we can try and arrange a suitable substitute with the car rental agent. If a car is not available, there is no charge for this facility and a cancellation fee does not apply. Contact the agent through their contact form on their website.

What site do I use to ask Cartrawler to credit me with the 40 euros I was charged by Europcar for an additional driver, when I was told by cartrawler told me this was free and to just give the details to Europcar when I picked up the car at Geneva Airport?
