The check in process with thrifty exceeded my expectations, we received a free upgrade, although it was a busy day during holiday season we only waited about 20 minutes and our car was ready for us right away, the agent that helped was so kind and efficient. The car was practically brand new looking and helped us get around easily, the return process was just as excellent if was easy to simply follow the signs and return our car even after hours. 10/10 amazing experience.

Budget Car Rental In Israel
Easy hassle-free car rental in Israel. Pickup car at Tel Aviv airport and return in Jerusalem downtown is convenient. Both locations have friendly and professional staff. Tel Aviv car rental is open 24-hours but the Jerusalem office is close on Shabbat Friday afternoon through Saturday. Show your passport and VAT tax Israel is waived for tourist. The car availability is excellent and clean. Don’t forget to sign up for car rental insurance since Israeli drivers on the road esp motorcycles are aggressive cut you off drivers. The value for your money in Rental daily rate is great.

The hire desk and pick up point are off airport campus but there is a shuttle to and from.

Hi, I have made a car rental reservation and received confirmation. Now, I want to cancel this rental. How should I do the cancellation?
Most of the times, cancellation is free until a day or two prior to taking up the car. Check on your voucher/contract, it should say so somewhere, in the "general conditions".
I Once changed a reservation from a 7 seat vehicule to an ordinary car, and the difference between the 2 booking rates was paid back on my credit car. That was a few years ago though
How long will it take before I get my money back if I cancel my reservation? There is still a month to the pickup date.

How do I get my money back? When I went to get my car, they had no more.
If the reserved vehicle is not available request an alternative. If the matter is not resolved, contact us so we can try and arrange a suitable substitute with the car rental agent. If a car is not available, there is no charge for this facility and a cancellation fee does not apply. Contact the agent through their contact form on their website.
What site do I use to ask Cartrawler to credit me with the 40 euros I was charged by Europcar for an additional driver, when I was told by cartrawler told me this was free and to just give the details to Europcar when I picked up the car at Geneva Airport?
