Long story short i got sold a Fiesta from here that i bought for my son as his first car, car turned up dirty on the inside and outside as well as low oil light and upon checking the engine there was barely any fluid in anything! yet this car was apparently checked and serviced before sale with a stamp which is absolute BS! cars alloys were quick fixed with throw on paint that came off soon as i washed alloys and car also came with a broken parcel shelf and no mats, took almost 4 months to get the V5 just for it to come in my name not my sons, took 2 months just to get a warranty pack and AA cover that AA don't even recognize.
It wasn't until i walked out to the car one day around two months in and noticed the gaps between the boot and brake lights were not equal, one side was bigger than the other which now makes me believe this car has took a hit from the back causing the boot to squish in which would explain the broken parcel shelf, seems to of not been recorded but i took the car to a local garage who stripped the boot and found that the outside of the boot had been pulled out and sprayed but the inside under all the plastic trim was still squished in! i asked about damage etc and was told this car was in perfect condition etc i suppose they just happen to forget.
Fast forward to now the car has been nothing but issues, clutch plates have had to be replaced, wipers and brakes, battery, worst car i have ever driven and feel this car isn't even safe to drive anymore and ended up getting rid of it and losing money just to get it gone.
They skip corners as you're just a number to these people, they assume the car has been looked after and don't actually check or do anything, soon as you get the car i bet you it hasn't even been serviced or valeted? check! also told me this car had full service history yet was serviced twice in 6 years? never buying a car from them again.

The Worst, You Have Been Warned
Recently had an urgent recall notice from Ford, made an appointment with Evans Halshaw Welbeck Ave Blackpool for March 29th took my car in on the day only to find they had not got the parts available, they did not had the courtesy to ring me to cancel, they said they will ring me when parts were available, I waited 2 months no call, I tried to ring them but no answer on the phones so ended going into the garage when they made a further appointment for me on 12 June, took my car in on the date and believe it or not still no parts and no call to cancel again, yet another appointment made for 18th July and yes, told no parts with excuses someone should have rung me to cancel may appointment, eventually rang another Ford dealership in another town who booked my car in and ordered parts all completed within 4 days how can this so called garage exist with this kind of non existent customer service.

If you are thinking of purchasing a second hand vehicle from Evans Halshaw Blackpool Peugeot DON'T.
The customer service here is non existent, all they are interested in is getting their money and the second hand vehicle off their premises! As for the valet service it is a joke, if indeed it was ever carried out. I did a better job with my small car hoover and elbow grease! I had to take my vehicle back three or four times to have spare parts fitted and a so called Valet done, even though both things had already been done according to their staff. Each time I presented at the premises NO-ONE seemed to know what had been arranged the time before. One part that they said had been replaced had simply been glued! Not acceptable. They provided me with £20.00 of diesel which I used travelling to and from their premises to try to get my vehicle in the condition it should have been when they sold it to me.
I was also promised a replacement Infotainment Manual for my vehicle as it was missing from the car. I AM STILL WAITING 9 WEEKS LATER. Had I realised that this was the way they treat their customers I would never have taken the vehicle from them.
Be warned, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS
I had the same experience they say they will do something but they didn't worst customer service I've seen in my life

My wife & I called in one Friday afternoon to look at a car that was advertised on their website and from the minute we walked in the staff were so pleasant & friendly & helpful
We took the car out for a test drive and the wife said yes she would have the car and the deal was done
We returned on the Sunday as I was interested in also buying a car but it was in an another branch and once again nothing was a problem we arranged for the car to be brought over for me to inspect
Once I drove the car and was happy with it the deal was done so in the space of a week we had bought two cars from the dealer with no complaints whatsoever
This is my wife's second car from this dealer my first we will certainly recommend our friends & family visit the dealer when needing a car
Our only downside is with this site we are not allowed to mention the names of the staff who were very helpful but I'm sure they will no who they are well done to you all

Two Faced
Waste of time, seen an merc b-class rung them up to ask about the car, they said they would hold the car for me so i can go up to see it and sold it in the afternoon before i could get up there. Just want a bonus in there wages no class about them what so ever. Do not waste your time going to this dealership.
This is whats happening to me. I have been fobbed off for the last three days, Promised they would ring me back and never do. I wont hold my breath. As you say just trying to make more money.

Evans Halshaw ( Blackpool ) I Would Not Buy From Them Again
bought a ex-demonstrator car 2nd dec 2015 from EVANS/HALSHAW ( BLACKPOOL )for £7600 it only had 1 key, was told another would be at the dealership in a few days, despite 3 emails and promises it would be here very soon, its now 26th January and after 7 weeks I "STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE KEY" I feel they are fobbing me off, when I bought the car the salesman couldn't put a customer satisfaction ratings card in my hand quick enough, if I would have known what would happen with the key, I wouldn't have filled it in at all, this is the second new car I have bought from EVANS HALSHAW ( BLACKPOOL ) but rest assured it will be the last, I will also take the car elsewhere for servicing too, VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE INDEED, I just wished that I had read these reviews on here before I parted with my money.

bought a car from evans hal peugeot blackpool.found numerous faults within a week.took it to evans hal bury to rectify.said they couldnt do anything till authorised by bpool.several emails to bpool went unanswered by dealers manager.also phoned but fobbed off ie will call back/ service dept closed. left without a car for 5 days without a clue to what was going on.needed car for work so had to take it back faults and all.will never recommend evans halshaw to anyone. avoid if i was you
