New Key Required

My Auntie ( age 92) lost her car key so she ordered and paid for a new one in Feb 2024 at a cost of £281.00. They called her for a coded fitting on 24th June it took five hours to be coded despite telling us it would be 10 minutes.Four months waiting - service doesn't usually come worse than this !!!

Sales Visit 04/07/23 To Place Order

This was my second visit to Perrys at Bolton based on a very pleasant and informative

experiance from 2019 to 2022 having bought a Peugot 2008 suv.

The whole experiance was of the highest quality from sales through service conducted by

experianced and knowledgable staff and technicians and this visit was exactly the same,

resulting in the placing of a order.

Pathetic Dealership.

I won't mince my words. What a disorganized rabble of cloth heads. Seriously need to get their act together and yes folks the circus is definitely back in town. As far as my own personal experience is concerned, BLOODY DREADFUL!!! If Perrys are typical of the true car-buying experience in this country, "god help us all." This ship is going down fast. I think Perrys as a whole needs to radically repeat radically review its business practices. Sad to say, but I'm inclined to think the quality in all aspects of buying cars in the UK is rapidly diminishing.

Terrible Attitude

Wanted to buy a 20 plate 2008 took all my details on Sunday with the promise of ringing me back next day with a valuation for my wife’s car,had to chase them today nothing had been done and what’s more the salesman could not be bothered maybe because I didn’t want any finance. Avoid there are plenty of other Peugeot dealers that want your business and treat you like you matter

Perrys Bolton Shocking Costumer Service

I spoke with the receptionist at perrys bolton and told her I am interested in looking for a new car. So she told me to take a seat and someone would be able to assist. I sat in the waiting area for an 1hour 15mins and nobody asked me if I was okay or needed any help and no one came to help. I decided to go back to the receptionist to find out why it's taking so long. She then said someone was supposed to come see me and appologised. At that moment she called her colleague to deal with me. Then I spoke to a member of staff and I didn't find what I was looking after speaking for a short moment. This could of been done over the phone or earlier and was a waste of my time. Also, there was an elderly couple waiting too thought about being patient to wait to be served as they were waiting ahead of me. I decided to go the receptionist after they left which was exactly 1hour 15mins later. Very Poor costumer service and I am late to work because of this. This happened on 17/01/2017. I believe something should be done about this lack of costumer service.

Poor Customer Service

Booked to come and test drive a specific car on Saturday morning, drove 1 hour to Perrys Bolton, met the salesman who, got the keys, looked round the car (looked nice), got in the car to go on the test drive then got told "sorry sir, this car has just been sold by another branch".

Salesman: "I'll talk to the manager". We wait 5-10 mins outside, go back in and the salesman is now with another customer! They really don't care about customer service, just the next sale.

When I told the salesman to his face that this was poor customer service he blamed the "system" at perrys, any branch can sell any car blah blah. This system sucks. i would not recommend anyone go out of their way to travel to perrys and buy a car, as it might get sold from under you, even when you are sitting in it about to leave on the test drive.

What a waste of my time and money

Rcz From Perrys At Bolton

Brought the Peugeot RCZ which l had been looking at for a while, but the only dealer that could offer me the right deal was Perrys at Bolton. A member of the staff worked hard for me, the customer to get the best finance deal and a monthly fig that was affordable. The car was ready on time, paperwork was ready and l picked the RCZ up and had a wonderful drive home. The key thing here, Perrys are over 100 miles away from where l live, yet they were the only dealership that could work a deal for me. Well worth the drive and will use them from now on for other cars in the future.

So no matter where you live, give Perry a chance and you won;t be disappointed.
