Bought a car from them. They seemed really nice to start with, but that lasted only until they'd sealed the deal and received the payment. Several paid for items missing from the car - some only delivered after a lot of chasing and some still not. They have been very evasive and keep fobbing you off with more and more excuses. I have never known any car dealer acting so unprofessionally. Would not touch them again with a barge pole!

I am absolutely discusted with the treatment I received on saturday 30th may 2009 at your van sales, I was very interested in a Ford Transit van that was for sale on the forecourt , I was being shown around the van with the keys in my hand just going into the show room with the very nice showman to discuss the deal and finalise everything when another customer was in there with another salesman ( AFTER ME ) that had put a deposit down on the same said van without being shown it because I had the keys , it looked very suspicious to me like he was a mate and how dare he sell a van to someone when I was there first being shown it and was going to buy it I feel it was very underhanded and would like this matter dealt with because I was viewing it first intending on buying it , if I was just looking and he was there first fair play

I've purchased 3 Seats (including the wife's car) and the sales staff at Perrys Aylesbury have always been brilliant. I recently sold one of the cars back to them and they were very good there too. They gave me a better evaluation of the car than I had had previously and a fair price. Hand over of the car was complicated by their systems going down but the staff seemed to bend over backwards to resolve this. The service I had has been excellent. Going from and Audi to a Seat was a bit worrying for a high mileage driver who needs regular car servicing. However, the staff were really good, even when I had some strange problems with the cpu. They sorted me out a courtesy car and kept me up to date with what was going on.
