Poor Customer Service
From having my Ford Kuga serviced with this garage for 3 years I have had multiple bad experiences. Communication is terrible and you are having to constantly keep chasing for updates. They also blatantly lie to you and think you won’t realise. And finally do not expect to get any parking when you arrive as that is another shambles with this place. Can’t wait to get rid of my Ford

Zero Product Knowledge
had booked a appointment to view a vehicle but still waited an hour to be seen, car was as arrived condition ie dirty and not valeted, wife was happy with car and purchased with promise that vehicle would be valeted etc.Mentioned to salesgirl that 3 dustcaps were also missing to which she replied "what are dustcaps",
salesgirl then tried to upsell various overpriced addons and then said that 3 month warranty had a maximum claim of £500 which breaks consumer law.The part ex value they give is based on what "we buy any car" gives as value,i know this as I went outside for a smoke and saw them doing it through the window lol, they made me a pathetic offer for my vehicle but I laughed in her face and she scurried off to speak to her boss and came back with a acceptable offer.Car valeted when picked up and they had put fuel in by mistake as I hadn't paid the £20 for fuel add on,next day noticed dust caps still missing so went to garage to sort and all tyres below pressure with 2 fifty% under,DANGEROUS!This place is staffed by a bunch of clueless kids.

Unpleasant Experience
Would definitely not recommend. They offer you peanuts for your car as part exchange, some staff members are more interested in their computers/laptops than providing good customer service. Online car valuation bore no relation to actual amount offered for your car as part exchange, they also denied having made an offer to me subsequently so get any offers written down. Even better idea, go elsewhere where they may appreciate your custom.

Disgusted.... Awful Service And Attitude....
Ford fiesta 1.4 titanium diesel. Told fuel injection work would take 2hours and £182.00. Ended up being 8 hours and £302.00... But main problem was after the work I found that the engine cover was now missing. Informed staff who told me that my car didn't have one, despite me having it for 5 years and knowing full well that it did and has the fixing bolts to show where it was. Staff member went on saying that she had a similar car and because hers didn't have one, mine didn't either, just stopping short of saying I was lying. 2 months later still no joy and told their ford computer says my car didn't have a cover, again despite the fixings in place. Like talking to a brick wall. Will never use again. Awful customer service, saying didn't get in touch due to writing my telephone number down wrong, blah blah blah, but they still manage to sent advertising texts and emails... Totally disgusted..

Not To Be Trusted
Never to be trusted had a health check carried out by evan halshaw wrexham to be told it needed brake discs and pads £338
Luckily we went with our gut feeling and hadn't noticed a decrease in brakes... went to a local garage to be told discs were all perfect but 2 pads were required.
Work carried out for less than half the price.
I even heard the girl telling another guy after his health check EXACTLY what what I was told.

Untrustworthy
Does not honour deals. Get everything in writing as they claim it will be your word against theirs especially if the member of Management you dealt with previously is off sick. Will renege on 'free' service that were part of the original package deal. Do not trust them

Bloody Awful!
Paid for a full HPI check on the car I bought . They didn't have it when I picked up the car. Said it would come with the log book?! No surprise that the log book arrived and no hpi report. Also mot certificate missing. Rang the salesman..who proceeded to lie through his teeth claiming mot ceftificates are no longer given ? Really ? Rang their head office who appologised and put me through to someone high up in wrexham. Was told he would sort it out so I will wait and see what happens tomorrow.
I can't see the problem ..just send me my paperwork !
Wasting my time chasing these people up. I would never buy from them again.

Ford C-max Urgent Safety Recall 2014
Received an Urgent Recall letter for our C-Max (which is now 10 years old) to have a replacement part fitted, so rang and arranged for 2 days later. Day before I received a reminder text and phone call. Decided to take both cars, as we could then go off for the 5 hours they needed to do the work. Arrived promptly at 9am, and was asked if we could leave the car until 4pm, not 2pm. Said, no problem, but 2 seconds later, were advised that the parts were 'not in' and we would have to re-arrange - what a waste of time and fuel. Awaited a phone call for a couple of days and received a phone message to re-arrange, which we did for the following Monday. Duly arrived (one car only this time) and availed ourselves of the local bus services to while away the next five hours. Picked the car up - together with its Free Health Check - and went home. Perused the Health Check sheets and chuckled when we noticed that our A/C had Passed with a 5 out of 7 - considering it hadn't worked for 3 years, that was quite a surprise. The next morning my husband decided to look in the engine and called me out to have a look. Asked me what looked different. I said the large plastic engine cover was missing!!!! A phone call confirmed that they still had it - don't know at what point we would have been called to let us know that it hadn't been replaced - possibly embarassing if you had to phone all the people up from that day, to ask if they could check if something was missing from their vehicle!! After another phone call, we went back to get it re-fitted. I asked if there was any compensation for all the fuel and inconvenience we had had, and another person came to talk to us. Asked us what we had in mind - queried fuel vouchers, which they didn't do - what else did want? I asked what did 'they' suggest, and was offered a discount off our next Service. In unison, my husband and I laughed and said Oh No No No - not bringing the car here for servicing, so then we were offered some hydraulic oil - at the same time my husband suggested Antifreeze and he went away. No Antifreeze surprisingly (it's expensive you know), but an oil additive and brake fluid arrived - we accepted. They seem to be very good at apologies, but not on Customer Service.

Brilliant!
This dealership is highly recommended. No sales pressure. In fact, the salesman was just like your next door neighbour. Take it or leave it approach as he was so confident with the car. Totally professional and will recommend to others. Love my new car. After sales were great. Courtesy call as promised, and even after 2 weeks of ownership. Thanks EH.
I too loved the approach of EH in Wrexham. On reading a lot of reviews about them nationally, I couldn't believe I was dealing with the same company!!! Just goes to show that it always comes down to the LOCAL PEOPLE who work for the national companies. You can still have a fantastic service these days.
