From the moment we walked through the door it was a very friendly well presented service from start to finish. When he did the handover on the day he went through
absolutely every single feature on the car. He even set the navigation system up
to my phone and talked me through everything o I understood it in case I had to reset
it. super efficient Guy and wouldn't want any one else if we purchased another vehicle

Mess You About When Trying To Buy A Car
Been trying to buy a car from lookers Newcastle, agreed to purchase the first one and on the day I was travelling to go and complete the purchase (After agreeing everything over a week earlier, already paying a deposit and completing the paperwork digitally) they rang me to say the car was knackered so they couldn't sell it anymore. Then I agreed to buy a similar car from them and paid a deposit, they then rang me to say the car was already sold so I couldn't buy that one either. I'm now stuck with a £15k bank loan and £1100 insurance policy I need to try and get refunded on, as well as two lots of car history checks I've paid for (although they offered to refund one of them). Cant believe it can be so difficult to buy a car with cash from a garage.

Terrible After Care Service From Lookers Peasmarsh
Really shocked and disappointed at the terrible after care service received from Lookers Commercial Peasmarsh. Less than a week after buying a new van a problem arose with the van. Peasmarsh completely washed their hands and left me to deal with the issue. No customer service at all and not what you expect when you have had a new van for only a week. They should have gone over and above to assist but were not bothered. Definitely realised once they have the money they don’t care!

Harassment Pure Harassment!
I am writing this for a friend as they are concerned the sales man will track her down constant calls all hours of the day, nasty emails even though she had decided to go elsewhere to purchase a new car under a better deal with much better customer service.
Not taking NO for an answer and treating her as if she is lying about the other deal and stupid. Were all concern this awful man will track her down as he took her address.

Booked 48 hour test drive in VW E Golf. Turned up only to find car had not been charged up. They dropped the car off next day so only had 24 hours.(Scotswood Rd).
Looked at a Nissan Leaf at Felling branch which had cheap tyres fitted not eco tyres as recommended. Pointed this out to salesman who basically told me to like it or lump it.Eventually bought a Leaf from another dealer which ive had for a year and has been fine. Booked a test drive in a gen2 Leaf at Lookers Felling branch turned up to find the salesman I booked with wasn't available and the car was not prepared.
Appalling customer service. Avoid at all cost.

I'm trying to think of something positive to say but words fail me! Went for a free Ad Blue top-up and ended up with a bill for £880:00 and a damaged car! Worse service I ever came across at a dealership. Points out of a hundred, one - they have a toilet!

Missing Parts
Bought a Peugeot from lookers,Preston.on the completion of the deal noticed the parcel shelf and lower boot divider were missing. Salesman told they would be found and sent to me.after numerous phone calls and promises to call me back also a letter to sales manager .total silence.should have read these reviews before I bought the car .very keen to take your money off you but the rest CRAP!!!

Very Poor Service Overall
I booked a full service on the 07/02/18 after confirming all my details for my car ect ) I was told it would be a express service about 1.5 hours and the car would be cleaned inside and out for free for £209 for which I thougth was a good deal.
On arriving 15 mins early as advised, I was informed they never had the parts in stock to complete my service ! So as I was already there ,I asked for just a oil and filter change, which they said would be £90 + ? , I informed them that I had been quoted £ 86 to which they then agreed.
After about 2 hours they informed me the car was ready ,but the one Licence plate bulb had gone and if I wanted it replaced it would be £12.00 I said leave that, I will do it myself.
On collecting my car I found it had not been cleaned at all ! but because I was in a rush to collect my child ,I never had time to speak to them about why it had not been done.
Also when I got home and checked over the car , I found that both Licence plate bulbs were working fine! Magic Um
Overall very poor service and would not use again a bit of a circus, you use these people because you Trust they would do the job correctly and be honest, I will leave you to your own conclusion.
This is funny on trying to post this review it keeps coming up a Error happened is this another omen !

Went to Lookers to buy a van and a pick up but i made the fatal mistake of going in wearing my gym clothes!!! receptionist was great she was looking for someone to help me, she did catch the sales mans attention who was on the phone, he looked up and saw me and made no gesture for me to sit down or wait a moment, so i decided to leave as i felt uncomfortable.
