received a used product while paying price as new. Customer service did not respond to my email(s). They suck

Digital Foto Discount Club advertised a different price on their website than the price I was expected to pay afterwards. I placed an order for an item, a projection screen, for $400 dollars with free shipping. Then four days later I get a phone calling saying they won't ship the order unless they get $90 more. hen I asked why my order went through and why I received a conformation email and why my account was charged I was told they do not offer free shipping and if i could show him where it said that then he would honor it. I showed them the page and then the story changed and I was told that was a mistake. When I asked what the company was going to do to make this right I was told that they didn't have time for this and then promptly hung up! After calling back and asking to speak to someone in charge I was told "no they don't want to talk to you" and then hung up on again. Eventually I was offered to pay "just" $50 more than I already paid, which they claimed was at cost to them. The customer service was just so poor all around, I advise you to go elsewhere.
