They completely ignoring you only what you can do is put a formal complaint or take then on curt otherwise they will keeping ignoring you plus thouse reply what they put here is fake all is automatic they will sad they wanna know more Information but that's a lie they will keeping ignoring you
And who are you that you decided that you are treat me fairly that's only your opinion but it wasn't fairly at all, it's not only me that why you are the worst Insurance company in uk
People be careful about this insurance company check on Google maps how much people are putting very bad feedback because they don't communicate and they rip you off don't do same mistake as many people did don't choose this insurance company STAY A WAY !!!!

Worst Experience Ever, Avoid!
A no fault claim for which other side had video evidence on their vehicle, still 6 months down the line and they still haven't resolved or even been able to liaise with the other side, I'm not sure they're doing anything and I've called many many times (if they eventually pick up the phone). Now my renewal premium 3 x what it was before and no fault of mine because of open claim. Would be better off without insurance.
If you're looking for insurance to actually protect you, go elsewhere.

Very Unfair
Bought a classic car, drove from mcr to sussex to collect. On the way back on the m1 the car had a major malfunction and exploded into a fireball on the hard shoulder. Managed to exit the vehicle literally with seconds to spare. Kgm rejected my claim for the car as they stated the intended place the car was to be kept was techn ically not a garage, as it wasn't fully enclosed ie has a roof. Even though the parking bay was secure/shutter/lock/cctv/security light. I could have understood if the incident occurred whilst the car was in this location. Their complaints procedure not very professional, decision made already in my opinion. Currently in the hands of the financial ombudsman, who i am hoping will investigate and conclude kgm trying to avoid honouring their agreement on a technicality.

They Took My Money And When It Was Time To Pay Out
They took my money and when it was time to pay out on a non fault accident they offered a paultry amount and expected me to go to a back street repairer so that they didn't have to pay VAT.
They had two engineers reports done and they conflicted with each other.
The engineers missed obvious repairs and neither of them lifted the bonnet to look for structural damage.
The engineers rejected the quote of £4.500 and expected the work to be done for £900.
They do not have a recommended repairer and wouldn't pay the cost of repair at a reputable company.
Still waiting nearly a year later for settlement and now the ombudsman has got involved at my request to try and speed things up and reach a resolution.

Just read all the negative reviews but my experience was exactly the opposite. I had a "no fault" collision and reported it to KGM telling them I would claim against the other driver's company (LV). KGM instructed AAC, a claims handling firm to deal with things and I had support all the way including advice and evidence to use when taking matters to Court. LV on the other hand despite being recommended by "Which" etc. behaved like back street spivs and spent thousands trying to defend a claim for a few hundred.
Think it all depends on your broker and which claims handling firm you get.

Don't Go Near!!
Took out insurance with them and was suggested to go on a limited mileage as I don't drive much. This covered me to 3,000 miles. I was never asked if anyone else drove the car but was specially asked what mileage I would do. ME. No one else. So I had a fault accident and my car is a write off. I have slightly exceeded the limited mileage (my father drives it not me on his own insurance!) and they have voided my insurance and said they will not pay out. I am paying FULLY COMP insurance and was never asked who else drives the vehicle. So now I have a written off car which I cannot claim for and a claim for the other drivers car which is undecided. DISGUSTING SERVICE! You will never get through. Total money grabbers. I paid £150 EXTRA for fully comp and they are refusing to cover me.

Took out a Lerner policy. All well and good, until I went down a one way street and a lady opened her door of her expensive Audi into the side of my little car. Rite off there and then. After calling the police as it got heated the insurance got all the photo evidence to show she opened the door into my car and to prove I didn't just run into an open door. After aged with no communication we were promised she would do her best. However they came back with 50 50 we have decided. I was so angry. We said no we are not happy with that and contested it and she said you've got the rite off money it's not worth it as her expense was more!!!!! It has now ruined my insurance after passing my test and it currently is 2,600 cause of a pants insurer !!! Stay away

Disgusted, They Are Sharks.
Having taken out car insurance with these sharks on the Thursday to run from the 19th Sept. I decided to cancel, on the Saturday, a policy that not even started. I was told that there is a £50.00 cancelation charge, not being given any chance to change your mind.
DON'T EVER GO NEAR THEM.

Worst Experience, Made An Already Difficult Time Terrible
I took out a car insurance policy with KGM. Setting up wasn't the problem, it's when I really needed them that they let me down.
When I had an accident there was a complete lack of communication between departments.
I was on hold for ages which ran up a really high phone bill.
Also, customer services advisors told me I was not allowed to cancel my policy, and would not cancel it on the phone. When I asked them to put this in writing in an email they made up some excuse as to why they couldn't, but really they were talking rubbish and knew they would be in trouble if they put it in writing as it is illegal not to let me cancel my policy.
I also started crying on the phone because they were making life so hard and refusing to pay out, and the customer service provider laughed!
I would never ever go back and I hope someone reads this and decides not to take out a police.
Disgusting service, especially when you really need them.
