What a relaxed and friendly atmo sphere within 5 minutes we had a lovely coffee and tea and our time there was very pleasant thanks again 9 out of 10 it would have been the full 10 but I have never puchased a new car without mats regards

Excellent experience here, customer service was brilliant. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help me and they were very informative not patronising like some dealers. Really glad I bought my Mazda from here!

Poor Quality Car
I offered a holding deposit and visited JCT600 Mazda to test drive one of their approved second hand cars, curiously priced at substantially below market value. I even commented to my wife that it all sounded too good to be true, and that's how it turned out.
The staff were courteous enough but the car's engine had a clearly visible oil leak and the steering was faulty with virtually no power assistance.
No one should expect a second hand car to be perfect, but the serious nature of the problems with this car they insisted had been "serviced" and "fully checked by their mechanics" would put me off dealing with them again.
Be prepared to walk away, and do not accept verbal assurances of quality.

I've purchased many cars in the past but none have quite matched the experience I had at this place. From start to finish the salesman was fantastic, very knowledgeable with his Mazda's. I had previously been into stoneacre and felt as though they didn't actually want me to buy a car, nor could they answer any of my questions! Managed to have a good laugh & was very happy with the deal I got. I would certainly recommend jct600

Absolutely Terrible Experience
I had been to this dealer twice before on my mission to buy a Mazda 3. The person I initially dealt with (Hassan) was top notch - was very happy with everything he did.
On my second visit I had briefly discussed the option of a lease (personal contract hire) deal as I had looked at some numbers online. Hassan had told me that they wouldn't be able to match the price that I found online for this service. However, I made it clear that this was a vague consideration and I have always bought cars outright in the past and had the money in the bank to do that this time around too.
The next time I went in Hassan was unavailable and I was met by someone else, who, upon asking my name, said "oh you're the one who was looking for a lease deal - weren't you already told that we can't match the price online?". It quickly became clear that they were just trying to get rid of me, even though I again clarified the point that I was also considering buying outright.
About 5 minutes later a colleague of his sat me down at his station and again explained how they couldn't match this lease price and basically told me that they couldn't help me any further. Again, I stated that I had the money in the bank to buy a car had only mentioned a lease deal as a second option. He then asked what job I had (and my girlfriend) as I think he was trying to suss out if I had the money. I really didn't like this approach so I simply told him I worked in marketing (rather than elaborating on the fact that I'm part of the senior management team). I think, because I am young, he just assumed I couldn't afford it.
He then hit me with "So if I give you a test drive, are you going to buy a car today?". Well, of course I wasn't, the way I considered it I was only part way through my journey and definitely not buying the car on that day. So I was straight with him and told him that no I wouldn't be buying a car today. "We can't do anything for you then".
At this point I was more astounded than angry - he had someone sat in front of him who knew that they wanted a Mazda 3 and had vaguely considered the idea of leasing a car rather than buying it. I was just eager to get a test drive before moving any further and they flat-out refused me that option.
I eventually walked out there, completely frustrated about the ridiculousness of the whole thing.
I ended up buying from Perry's in Huddersfield instead as I felt like there was absolutely no chance of me ever walking into a JCT600 again.

Went to JCT600 just to browse. Ended up buying a used car and was extremely happy with the staff and service provided.
I would certainly recommend this dealership as the staff were very thorough and dealt with us in a professional manner.
I believe I got a good deal but only time will tell.

I suggest not using this garage as they are far from being a professional outfit. I rang the sales team and expressed an interest to purchase a second hand car from them. Even a date was agreed when I was to collect the car, the only thing missing was agreeing a price for my part exchange and paying a deposit. Five minutes later i get a phone saying another customer, who had phone after me, had paid a deposit and the car had gone. Customer care and old fashioned values out the window, a sale is a sale. If there are other cars you are interested in at an alternative garage, do yourself a favour and consider other garages to part with your money with.

Really Good Experience
Like someone else nearly did nt go to jct 600 because of bad reviews but ended up going had really good experience from manager to receptionist. Sales guy was great no pressure will certainly go back hopefully in about 5 years for next car. Very pleased with car too.
