Nice And Easy Transaction
JCT 600 Mercedes Doncaster purchased my Mercedes e coupe via Carwow. The whole process was very satisfying and simple. We'll pleased with the purchase price that Jct 600 paid and would highly recommend using this process again. Bad Attitude
Have a service plan with my Mercedes and recently had my first service, got the car back and my washers were not working. Visited the garage today 23 October 23 to try and get some help.
A blonde haired lady helped me taking my details, I was given a seat, my details were given to someone and words were exchanged between another woman complaining about a customer coming in looking for help. “Who is he” shouting as I was 6 foot away and could hear everything. “ I can’t find his details”. She came out to me and explained the washer was blocked and it’s isn’t covered by a service plans and would be a further £86, I explained it was working until they took the car for it’s service. Her attitude, behaviour and values are not what you expect.
I have walked away discussed, I guess I will be cancelling my service plan and using another Mercedes dealer.

I’ve been driving Mercedes for over 40yrs and he has been a consistently genuine and professional employee of JCT and Mercedes. He really is a credit to both both businesses. I would like to say how much I appreciate his kindness, understanding and honesty. He’s always there at the end of the phone whenever I’ve needed him. Always get back to me and does his best to resolve any problems I have.

New Car Car Paint Failed Under 3 Years Old And Did Nothing.
Got a brand new red Mercedes CLA 220amg with extras. Waited 3 months for my dream car. Just so excited. In less than 3 years I noticed the paint started to blister. Took it in and double checked that it had not been painted and that it was a Mercedes fault. And yes they confirmed it. They said not to worry we will give you a call in a few days time and tell you what we can do. They called me to say yes it has blistering but because we haven't has any other cars with this colour we will NOT do anything. I reported this even before it was 3 years old. My worst nightmare working with Mercedes. So much stress you can't believe. I got rid of my dream car with only 30,000 miles and it was only 5 years old with full Mercedes service history. I lost thousands of pounds and my first and new car and last. I saved up all my life for my drean car. Never touch Mercedes Doncaster.

Really outstanding customer service, took the car in for a routine service and ended up driving away in a new car 3 days later. It started with great communication before I'd even made my visit. A Tech called me a couple of days before to talk through the small misfire I have been experiencing that I'd asked to be looked at whilst it was in for service. The Advisor who I drop my car off was perfect, listened to me and explained how the day would pan out and when I'd be updated. They advised of the work required and that they could repair it and it would still be completed the same day. I agreed to the work and was called in the afternoon. When I returned to pick it up one of the salesman asked me whilst I was waiting if I'd thought about changin it. He valued the car and I was surprised with the value, I had a look at the stock they had and fell in love with a little GLA45 I was given the numbers to change and they fitted my budget. I arranged to pick it up that weekend. A brilliant experience from start to finish. Thank you....great guys, great place. 100% recommend them and MB Doncaster.

Mb Update And Subsequent Advice
I took my MB in for a factory recommended computer update:pre MOT issues with the car were found on the routine inspection. All the staff were faultless in their customer service and in advice in respect of work needed to pass the MOT: Having agreed the work, it was all done on the same day whilst the car was in. No rebooking needed...How good was that!!!. Stunning performance from start to finish. Highly recommended. Well done everyone!!
