Rude Customer Service And Unreliable

I have never been treated so badly when buying a £20000 car until now.

They assured me the car was available

and made me go through the whole finance procedure, and as I knew it would go through so we sent our lease car back. Unfortunately a man  told me after the the finance had gone through they had sold the car and then laughed down the phone and said we don't need your service as we sell cars all the time.

I was also sent this unprofessional what's app message prior to being told the car was sold.

" sorry fella can't sell as it has £500 worth of alloys "

I would recommend no one to use this garage and if you do be careful as that was the service I received prior to get to getting a car, could you imagine what their after service is like!!

Another Shambolick Visit To Wessex!

Wasted a Saturday morning taking my truck in for a service. It turns out James in sales was meant to ring about a Liam vehicle but never. They did not have any other car I could loan so I had to leave with my truck.

I will now book into another dealership and hope for better service.

Thus is not the first tome Wessex have let me down.

Shocking Customer Service

You have to chase them relentlessly, they never update you. The manager never calls back. After the point of sale they dump you high and dry. My worst experience with a dealer in 25 years of motoring and car purchases. The real concern is that it's not isolated to some staff but it appears endemic within the dealership. The general manager needs training in customer service expectations as he sets an appalling example to his staff. Avoid Nissan Wessex Dealer at all costs because after the smiles and purchase your on your own if anything goes wrong

There are no excuses, if you buy a car for £21,000 you don't expect to be ignored.

Do Not Trust Them.

I took my vehicle in for the wheels to be done, when I picked it up a key ring was missing from my set of keys. Now I know it's just a key ring, but it had sentimental value. When I spoke to them they denied it was on there, but I know it was and the fact that even the metal ring was gone means it couldn't have simply broken. So someone obviously stole it. Nissan, what sort of people do you employ. Discussed.

Insulted By Customer Service, But Car Good.

Bought a Hyundai i10 for my 79yr old father from Wessex Garages, feeder Road, Bristol. Were told car has full service history but would soon require 12K service. Paid to have it done and picked up car a week later. Got home and found there was no service book, rang same day, promised to ring back, did not. Rang following day, again promised a return call, no call. Rang again on the next day, was assured we would get a call by 4:00, I rang at 5:00 and was told everybody has been at a meeting, asked why nobody got back to tell me this and was asked "are you deaf, cant you understand". I put the pone down and rang back, spoke to the service manager who took car details and informed me that the car is due a service soon, I told him it has been done and he assured me that the car was not serviced. He then went on to say that if we took the car back, it would be serviced. I stated that I cannot take time off work to do this, my father would not drive into the city centre, why do they not pick the car up as it has been the fault of Wessex and not us. He agreed to do this within the next 2 weeks. Afew days later I rang to see if the missing service book had been found, was told a replacement was ordered, I was then asked if I had bought the car knowing the service history was missing, implying I was trying to pull a fast one. Car has been picked up and a new service book supplied, albeit without the PDI stamp. In all this has taken over 3 weeks, 2 dealer visits and 20+ phone calls, not a single apology.

Fantastic Service And Great Cars

I have been dealt with efficiently. Sales team were very polite and helpful. There was no "hard sell" and I especially appreciated being able to take the car for a 2 hour test drive which allowed me to test it on my own and on my normal drive home from work. Fantastic! salesman looked after me very well and made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions.

I Would Never Ever Buy Another Vehicle From This C

I would never ever buy another vehicle from this company; from beginning to end they have been disappointing.

We spotted the vehicle on the Internet and then waited two weeks while they got it to their garage.

We were told it had done 18k, on the test drive we found that it had done 22k.

The vehicle was covered in scratches and dents, we were told it would go to the body shop and EVERY dent would be removed.

We agreed to buy the vehicle and as we were having private plates they asked for the paper work.

We were like a fish on a hook at this point and gave them the paperwork; they then registered the vehicle without us realising.

When we went to look at the vehicle after it had returned from the body shop and there were still dents.

We refused the vehicle, they claimed there was no money left to complete the bodywork, we refused the vehicle and went home, and they then agreed to complete the bodywork.

When the vehicle returned from the body shop they had repaired more dents but one remained, we then took the vehicle under the agreement that this dent would be repaired; to be fair to them they did repair this dent.

The other really annoying thing about this car is it hadn't been valeted, the car cost £13,000 and I assumed that valeting should be a standard thing.

The vehicle only came with one key and at the time we were told we would need to pay 50% towards a new key, we agreed thinking a new key would be around £40, the price of a new key is £225!

To cap it all off the turbo and inter cooler have just blown up on the car, we paid extra for a 2 year extended warranty, they refused to pay for the inter-cooler saying it wasn't covered.

After arguing they agreed to pay for the parts and a percentage towards the labour costs, I've just paid them £175 for my share of the labour costs.
