Frankie Boyle is a legend, go see him - JUST NOT HERE !!! SAVE YER MONEY !!

We went here last night and it was a toss up between trying to catch anything from the filthy toilets or catch a cold sitting in the audience.

This comedy event turned out to be an endurance test at our expense of £65 for the 'pleasure' of sitting in a shabby, very cold, unkempt venue hosting one of UKs top comedians? Somethings not right?

Although a packed house, no warmth was evident - everyone was sitting in coats, scarves and some in hats too. The comedian himself commented on this with his opening remarks and made reference to the cold of the venue several times...yes, what a joke ! On us paying £32.25 each to yee all !

It was so unpleasantly cold and although Frankie Boyle was great we were actually relieved he finished after 1 hour 20 minutes so we could go outside and warm up!

We arrived early to our seats in the stalls the ladies loos nearby at this time obviously had no queques yet were low on paper already , no lock at all on the door and covered in cobwebs, excrement and filth on the walls and door. The floor was soaked in urine as people (perhaps last week or month?) obviously attempted to take a leak whilst holding one foot on the door !!!! (the back of the door is coated with layers of shoe filth) . A total disgrace.

Hammersmith Apollo, no doubt a listed building which receives public/arts funding? is not fit for purpose.

Even the most basic requirements are not in place to provide hospitality to the paying public for events, why are they doing it? It is unfair to us ? How can anyone justify this ? Someone is obviously raking in a handsome revenue at our expense ?????

Summary: Absolutely awlful, filthy, cold venue.A disgrace to London

Very sick sense of humour, Fantastic one liners. One of the best Comedians out at the moment.
