Shocking Customer Service

Absolutely shocking service. Prior to sending the car for a service & MOT informed them 2 weeks in advance that that the rear seat belts needed replacing and should be ordered - arrived to find out they were not in stock and the work could not be completed.

Post service was informed front pads and tracking needed changing. After complaining about the service and price they reduced the cost for all parts - shouldn't they be giving customers the very best price upfront !!

Finally after leaving the car with them for fitting the following day that work was not completed and there was no telephone call on the status of the work. Was then told there was nothing that could be done and if I didn't want the work completed I could come and collect the car - 2 days after we started the whole process !

Absolutely awful experience. Wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone. Hoping the work is completed and the car returned to me on time so that I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Go Somewhere Else!!!

Left the car in the other day to get diagnostics test as we knew we had issue with clutch. Guys where all smiles and took the car half the day. Contacted my partner and said clutch need changing and the bill was £80 for diagnostics test as it had ran over the 30 mins slot.

I heard of this and rang to question it,as I knew they had said if the car was gone over time they had to ring you first.

When I question guy on this he said hold the line i need chat to the mechanic , few mins later returns to say we decided to clear the bill and weve washed and cleaned car.,

The car was barely cleaned and we had mark on back of the car over the wheel arch..I would advise anybody thinking of going to this  garage to question the bill..

Absolutely Terrible Service

Terrible service! Trying to buy a car only to be told that we couldn't test drive it until the next day. We requested that we be told if someone is willing to purchase the cat as we would happily pay more (subject to a test drive). The car was then sold and the salesman tried to blame us. Appalling customer ervice, awful salesmanship! Do not use these guys!!

Ford Owners Beware

Leave you car here for a service at your peril!

You may get a call about something that needs replacing, while it is in, and perhaps you know the part in question to be fine. You instruct them to leave it, but when you pick your car up and find the part mentioned is now faulty. The cars are routinely washed as part of the service, so there are no signs that something could have been tampered with or switched.

Completely Misleading Pricing Absolute Rip Off Steer Clear.

I called Bristol Street Motors, Ford Bromley in Kent, for a simple price to service my 4 year old ford Smax, and was given four different prices £299, (ford express check service) £265, (part service) £189, (major service) £149 (basic service) after questioning the sales service team about the different price type's, and ask what the different service carry out parts used i discover the £299 service they actually fit less parts then the £189 major service, i then ask them why would you charge me £110.00 extra? and they told me because i don't get safety check report with the major service complete liars, the sale adviser could not answer simple question about over charging and transferred me to a supervisor who also could not answer me i was then transferred to the service dept manager but it could of been the valet or in all Fairness as he was just as well trained as he's colleagues i ask him why i was being told £299.00 for nothing he agreed and offered me service for £265.00 which is less parts then £189.00 major service. a i then questioned

him and he started to back peddle. complete team of jokers i wonder how many people you ripping of daily its wrong. i also rang three other ford main dealers. (allen ford) (Dagenham motor) and (smc ford) in the south east and they quoted simple and very clear price's with parts and works that would be carried out.

stay well away form Bristol Street Motors, Ford Bromley in Kent, they talk in riddles to hide the fact there ripping you off big time when you ask simple questions why they just say ford recommend it. (rubbish) its like watching only fools and horses) also they are completely arrogant and happy with it to.

Sly And Sneaky Team!

I do not recommend anyone using their services. I had a simple brake light that needed changing and was told by qwikfit and my local garage to go directly to ford as it was difficult getting the covering off of the light and needed to be done by someone who knows about ford cars. Went to this place, where I originally bought the car from, and was waiting over an hour FOR A BRAKE LIGHT CHANGE. When the guy came to me he told me "don't worry, you don't have to pay no more". So I'm thinking they were being nice because I was a known customer to them. He'd also said they washed my car, so everyone was all smiles. I didn't think to check my car because I trusted them! About a week later I needed to use the boot and noticed the covering had been damaged with a piece broken off. There is no way I could have done this damage as I never hit my car and I very much doubt anyone one else done it because it would make no sense for someone to break this little piece off without damage to the rest of the car and it just so happens that I went to these people, having been told its difficult for this covering to come off, they had my car for over an hour, then was told I no longer had to pay and was escorted to my door to make sure I didn't check the back. I was told everything was fine and they had no problems changing the light. If they lie about simple things like this, what else do they lie about??

Top Quality Service!!!

Had my 07 Focus repaired today at Bristol Street Motors. I rang to make an appointment at 5.45pm last night, and got a booking for first thing next day! The fault, which was electrical was quickly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours! Being a Ford main agent, I held my breath when it came to pay. The charge was only £60 which included parts and vat! My car was also brought out to the front of the building while I paid. I very nearly walked past it as the whole car had been cleaned and valeted too!!

Since the warranty had expired, I foolishly went to RSR Tyres up the road to get cheaper repairs and services. On two occasions they got things wrong resulting in fuel leaking dangerously from the engine !! Bristol Street Motors also sorted this problem out free of charge!

These people have restored my faith in garage repairs and service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any Ford users.

Don't Go There Unless You Want To Rip Off Your Poc

Don't go there unless you want to rip off your pocket. Everything over there is expensive. They wont tell you that they would charge £48 until you refuse to carry repair with them. Don't recommend.
