Delighted

I am absolutely delighted with the car I bought from Vauxhall Chesterfield and I would like to say thank you.

Due to a national shortage of second hand automatic cars and a shortage of drivers the process was slower and more frustrating than I expected.

However, patience has paid off. The staff at Vauxhall Chesterfield worked incredibly hard to help me find the right car- and I appreciate it! In particular, I would like to thank the salesman for his support.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Chesterfield Vauxhall. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

3 months on & I still have unresolved issues with my vehicle. A faulty heated windscreen (identified on the day I drove away), promised to be fixed and still waiting. Car pulling to one side......had to have a different garage take a look to tell me what's wrong. But nobody at Bristol Street Motors cares, just running down my warranty. Forever having to chase them when they don't get back to me as promised.

Car was not given an adequate inspection or service despite service book being stamped, had numerous problems from the moment I left the showroom which should have been spotted before sale.

Lost count of the amount of times I've been back and the amount of phone calls I've made. £180 out of my own pocket for new brakes, despite the car been sold with a 3-month warranty, on top of several hundred pounds of lost income due to car issues and trips back to the dealership. I am now seeking legal advice against this company.

Car will be in bits once again this weekend for repairs that the dealership should be sorting as it's still in warranty, but I feel I have no choice but to cut my losses and do them myself, I wouldn't trust their service department to replace a tyre at this stage to be honest.

Save yourself months of stress and go elsewhere.

Van sales good but but after sales rubbish do not buy a van from this garage terrible service there are better main dealers than this sorry for a bad reveiw but it is the truth be very careful when you buy

Sold Me A Car With A Mileage Discrepancy

Brought a renault scenic in 2009 it was an 04 plate. Have decided to attempt to sell the car after a series of rediculous electrical faults only to find from a VOSA check that the mileage has been altered several times. I am sure that the dealer would have been aware of this and that it would make resale very difficult, I am disappointed by their dishonesty. I brought a car that I thought had done approx 40K miles and it turns out it could probably have done about 90K.

i brought a car on finance, they promised me a date to pick it up, failed to deliver.. this happened 3 times.... terrible service....

New Car Purchase

I cannot fault in any way the service I have recently received from Bristol Street Motors in Chesterfield. The new car sales team were fantastic, there was nothing too much trouble for them and having shopped around many dealers in the Midlands area for a new Corsa their service was second to non. Most importantly for me there was no pushy sales people or pressure to buy. They beat all dealers on both price and customer service including Charles Warner, Stoneacre and Pentagon to name but a few.

I would not hesitate to recommend or buy another vehicle from them in the future!
