Poor From Start To Finish
Took me nearly 3 weeks to get my van in that’s a 2023 took it on the Monday and it was inspected was then told parts would be in next day next day they said my van had lost all its coolant yet there was nothing wrong with it day I took it in and it was inspected that day then I was told has your van had any work done I said yes had some corner damage that was repaired I was then told well o will have to pay for the work what I’m told by Ford in Stafford I should not of been charged then I took 5 days to change a sensor every day saying same sorry not been done when I finally get my van back it’s still not fixed so I call them back up and they say sorry but your now going to have to wait yet. Another 2 weeks to get you back in this as caused me loads of problems I can’t work with out my van but they just don’t care
Regardless if my van as been repaired at some point this dose not Cause a dpf problems and it was fixed no where near the dpf Ford. Wolverhampton or just trying to get out of fixing it for free

Incompetent And Useless
Car booked for service and MOT. Customer service absolutely awful with everyone blaming each other for lack of communication. MOT system not working apparently but no one thought to let me know the entire day. Only found out when I made calls to chase completion time considering they had the car all day.
Staff couldn’t care less that I now had to find another garage for the MOT that was due to expire in 2 days. Convinced they said MOT system was down because they just couldn’t be bothered completing it. Never will I use them again.

Absolutely Disgusting
I wish i could give them -100.....They fob you off, they lead you up the garden path. The manager obviously thinks he’s some kind of King Pin and above dealing with the little people, perhaps he needs to spend his time researching how to actually be a manager, learning the Consumer Rights act of 2015 and actually being aware of what is happening on the shop floor would be advantageous. The vehicle are nothing but rubbish, they will hide all mechanical issues, they don’t give you the correct paperwork. You constantly have to phone them, and they wouldn’t know how to valet the inside of a vehicle if they tried. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my most hated enemy. I wish i had read more reviews beforehand then i wouldn’t have set foot in the place...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE MUPPETS.

Incompetent And No Customer Care
My husband and I have been customers of Vauxhall for almost 10 years and we are both very appauled at the very poor level of customer service, care and incompetence at Wolverhampton Evans Halshaw.
We have recently sold our Corsa to Wolverhampton Evans Halshaw and the whole process was frustrating and annoying. We had an online valuation of the vehicle then took it to the garage to be checked over by the person I dealt with. I was told I would be seen in 10 minutes and was left waiting for 40 minutes. It wasn't until I approached the reception staff that I was seen by the person I dealt with. After carrying out the appraisal, he informed me that his colleague would have to check the car as he never knew how to do the paper work. He said I would recieve a call from his colleague during the day. I never received the call and in the evening I had to call Evans Halshaw. The colleague said he didn't know where the person I dealt with put the paper work and that he would personally see to it that everything gets sorted and that he would phone me the next day in the morning. The next day this man gave me the quote over the phone and he said it was valid for one week.
I called the office next day and the sewcond man I dealt with wasn't in the office. I spoke with the first person I dealt with and he said to come at 9:30am. We were waiting for well over 30 minutes, when we were told we would be seen within 10 minutes. If my husband never approached the receptionist, they clearly would have overlooked the fact that we were even there. The person I dealt with never even greeted us even though he walked past us and was seeing to another customer. The Indian lady at the front desk was helpful and managed to speak to someone to see us. A third person then came and saw to us.
When calling Evan Halshaw there's a voice recording stating how much they value the customers and give the best customer care; our experience has been the opposite. We were also interested in upgrading our Astra to the newest model or new Insignia and speaking to someone about it, but after the poor customer service we will be upgrading our car with another car dealership such as Mercedes, Audi or Lexus.
Due to the poor customer care at Wolverhampton Evans Halshaw, they have lost 2 longstanding customers of Vauxhall. The staff most definitely require training regarding customer service.

Call Centre Was Disgusting
Just tried to get through to the Wolverhampton dealership, and all calls go through a call centre. The man who took my call was just the most disgusting sad excuse for a customer services person I have ever dealt with. I asked to speak to a manager, and he refused to pass me through. I asked to be connected to the dealer and he refused to do that as well.
I gave up and hung up.
Shambles ....
I phoned Saturday to reserve a car, paid £200 by credit card. They rang back within an hour to tell me the car had been sold to someone else. I won't be buying from Evans Halshaw in future.

Awful Do Not Buy A Car From Here Their All Liars
we bought a car the end of march we have had nothing but problems and the car has been back to them every month, the car was originally from leister branch when we saw car it had a few marks and one scuff that stood out we was told this would be done it was going to have a full valet and mop when we went to collect car this had not been done the moral of the story do not believe anything they say. a month later the car kept losing power and service vehicle soon light kept coming on my partner took to a local garage to have diagnostic done and was the turbo we took screen shots of the error codes they had it for a week said it wasn't the turbo which we found hard to believe and said they changed egr valve which they didn't they cleaned it. two weeks later the same error code my partner demanded for them to put on computer so he could see what fault was coming up they said one of the mechanics had it who was on paternity leave we could not believe what we was hearing that was a lie aswell by this point we demanded a full refund to which they agreed they would change turbo to which we still are not 100% if they did it now the car in constantly leaking coolant we are seeking advice now as do not trust what they do with the car do not believe a word any of them say they are a waste of space and just want your money but we will have he last laugh watch this space.........

Read Carefully
The salespeople were very helpful in helping finding a car that was within my price range going over the options with me.
The issues I had were I could get finance cheaper through my bank but was some how still convinced to take the finance with them. I phoned the following day to discuss and they did stop the finance to allow me to take the loan during this time I spoke with the manager who was very rude and unhelpful the tone he used was not necessary and used in a way where me changing finance options was inconvenient and they were doing me a favour changing. I picked up the car as agreed the following day to find out after I pointed out that the road tax was £80 a year more than was stated to me where they tried to charge me it was agreed they taxed for 6 months which they covered the £30 shortfall. So I went for a car that was a little cheaper to fit with my finances and due to misinformation from Evans hashaw Birmingham road am now spending more on a cheaper car.
I Found A Car I Liked The Salesman Said It Would B
I found a car I liked the salesman said it would be ready in one week at the most to cut a long story short I phoned up that many times in one month the last phone call the salesmans said the car was in the body shop and would be ready early next week on the sat morning I went to the showroom to find the car at the back of the car park with the words awaiting prep on the window and the car was a mess we refused to buy the car . I am 60 and it was the worst experieane I have had buying a car in my life you would be better off going to billy back street motors or Arthur dalely
