purchased the car 7 months ago, first went back for rattling in boot, clips missing from carpet,wind noise from drivers window, fixed, no had to go back, in the end took it to tamworth,fixed, no had to back, fixed yes, found holes in carpets car suppose to have done five and half thousand miles, replaced carpet under warranty, brake disc was warped, offered to pay half towards it i had only done 1500 miles in it, eventually after 25 phone calls because they are always in meetings unless you are purchasing, they agreed to pay for them, still unhappy with car i asked to buy another car,which they offered me 10 thousand pounds less in seven months,i would advise anyone purchasing from these people to do your homework because your going be strongly disappointed with this outfit, they are the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with,dont be fooled by buying from a main dealer,you will pay several thousand pounds over the top,and they dont give a monkeys about you,and dont even bother asking to speak to dealer principle youve got no chance.

Travelled from Scotland to buy this car.Service Executive was friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Car and dealers customer care approach exceeded expectations. Price, car spec, part exchange value and cost of new car more than competitive when compared against other car sales outlets. I had some intrepidations travelling so far, but overall, could not have had a better experience. Generally, I do not praise car dealers but this time I must. There is no pressure on you to buy the car or any other of the products on offer. A simple no thanks is good enough. Following this experience, I would recommend to family, friends and buy again without any hesitation. Really liked their customer care approach from all we spoke to. Well done to everyone there.
