Get Your Money Out Quick
I was advised by this 'service' that I needed to transfer my money out before they close in April 2016. After checking the amount although it's less than two pounds I thought 'OK it can't be hard as they have my bank details'. NOOO. My account hasn't been 'confirmed' so even though I have paid money in to it I now have to confirm it to get my £2 back.
Guess what, I need to print off a form, attach real bank statements (I don't get real ones, who does now?) and send all that to them!
OR ring a premium rate phone number to get my £2 back (and probably spend more than that doing so).
Complete shower and no wonder that they are going bust!

In a few month this incompetent company will close, supposedly because of too big concurrence. What is obviously a lie, because its not a wonder that they crashed with their horrible service.
In the end, there is no service at all. We used them for over one year, 80% of the payments get rejected and cancelled without any logical reason, after a mail exchange with the "support", (which word is absurd to describe what they really do) of MINIMUM 10 mails with detailed explanations whats happening, there was not even 1 answer from them that had any useful contents. The explanations were ridiculous and were sometimes not even related to the issue. In the end, the only thing they said is that its the fault of the customers that the payments don't work, what is totally illogical if 80% of the customers cant pay with their system and they all complain about the same error that the page of click and buy produces while the paying process. (Sometimes until 3 payments work, but then, and in case of some customers directly from the beginning, their system requests to put the postal code and whatever people put there, right codes, numbers, letters, right or wrong, in that part it always comes to en error, but without explanation why and their system doesn't allow to go on to finish the payment.
very easy to explain, but as i said, they ignored our explanations, it was always our fault or the fault of the customers, or there was no explanation at all, just a "we cant find any error in our system, everything works well".
Thanks god they close, their work is really embarrassing and they drove me up the wall!
Their prices for the service are actually low, but even for that what they offer in the end to high!

Horrible "service" After Fraudulent Purchases
My click and buy account was hacked and unauthorized purchases (totaling €770!!) have been made in iTunes. I was barked at by their customer service for daring to ask if they had a general email address so I can send them the police report. They didn't even bother to apologize or even acknowledge that this is an awful situation. Stay far, far away from this company.
The Worst Online Portal
hidden behind platforms such as itunes, this company tries to earn money wherever it can. once clicked, you will be subject to their scrupelous hunter mentality and you will also get a nice account with them. this means, that if you dont change your login immeditately, you continue buying without knowing. no customer service, no information whatsoever. this company has not heard of identity security at all. never again!

Disgusting Customer Service, Unauthorised Payments Requested
my account was cancelled as I didn't use the service for a few years.
When I used it again - apparently - my direct debit didn't exist any longer. they sent me forms to complete it very poorly written english.
eventually I provided what the very poorly written form asked for.
THEN...... they started asking for indiscriminate amounts of money over and over again with various reference numbers.
Luckily HSBC refused to pay.
this has been ongoing for almost a month.
no solution.

Hillarious Charges For Unauthenticated Transactions
I had to use click and buy for my Apple account 10 years ago. I changed to credit card with Apple and suddenly a transaction went to click and buy without any further notice or authentication against click and buy. As I hadn't used the account for years, accounting information was out of date, transaction failed, my Apple ID got locked, Apple support referred to click and buy. Click and buy locked my account with them, so I couldn't access it, didn't respond to email via their support page and when I finally reached them on the phone during their ridiculous business hours I was told that my account was locked, they charged me 20 € for locking my Apple ID and the failed transaction and had no record of my email to support any more.
On my question why the transaction went to click and buy at all and why there was no means of authentication and why they locked my account so I could't access it any more and see what's going on and why I didn't receive any feedback on my support request through the Web Site they had no idea.
Arbitrarily Blocks Account
Back in 2011 I had to use ClickandBuy to pay a US-based company for their Internet services. After a couple of monthly payments ClickandBuy suddenly blocked my account. I had to contact a customer rep who supposedly had to serve customers in my country but poorly spoke my language and was unable to resolve my problem. She said I had to contact customer support in UK.
After contacting customer service I was informed that in order to have my account re-enabled I had to provide a color scanned image of my identity card (in an unrelated email I received at a later time they even asked for a copy of my passport), a copy of my bank statement and a copy of an utility bill. The request was irritating enough but I complied.
Two weeks later, 5 emails with the documents they requested and 2 phone calls and not a single answer on their side I never had my account re-enabled. To add insult to injury, after a while I started receiving spam on the email account I used with ClickandBuy. Several other customers of the Internet company reported the same spam problem.

Payment Provider? Dont Be So Sure...
Definitely no... Here are the experiences I have had with those guys:
- Customer Service and Technical Service is not 7/24, not working on weekends, not working after 5 pm.
- Technical Service is not technical at all. Almost all of your questions are replied by some text which was copied and pasted from their so-called documentation.
- They blame you in case something went wrong, even if it is because of their servers. Why? Because they are unaware of their side and what is going on
- Something went wrong with transaction? They redirect you to the merchant, while merchant redirects you to ClickAndBuy. Nobody knows what is going on with your money.
- They can charge you multiple times for a single transaction.
Briefly, if you are a person doing online business or you wanna buy something on a website by using these guys, think twice...

They Took 300 Out My Account When I Didn't Own The
They took 300 out my account when I didn't own them anything I payed them off closes my account and then they decide to take 300 pounds out my account I have since had a phone call from clickandbuy saying they are going to put the money they wrongly took out my account but. This is not the point the point is that shouldn't of done it in the 1st place. DO NOT USE THIS
Can Not Recomand "click And Buy"
Does not work and the take Money from credit Card without permission.
