Poor - Use Cazoo
Poor - use Cazoo! We Want Any Car gave me a decent valuation but having waited in all morning (arrival stated between 8am and 1pm) with no indication when their representative would arrive, he turned up as I was about to go out at around 1.40pm. A pleasant enough guy but attempted to offer me around 25% less than the online figure. I sold the car to Cazoo today for around 20% more than his lower offer, they gave me a great quick and efficient service with instant payment. So, as I say, I recommend you sell your car to Cazoo.

Disgraceful And Total Waist Of Time
Made me an offer of £18199 online for my 2017 Mitsubishi shogun but when I went in to the the branch in sainsburys car park Hyde estate road Hendon NW9 -6JX the could not find any problems with the car but the said the market value was. Different on the day they said the Ofer actually was £17250 and after an hour in there i accepted it and we went true some paper work and the said the printed bank statements was not enough that I had to show them my online banking on the phone so we rescheduled for the next day and I went back showed them the online banking on the phone and after 2 and A halve hours later the said sorry the bank statement did not show enough activity on it so the would not buy the car these people make offers online just to get people in there office and then the drop hundreds of pounds off there original offer and if the feel the cannot sell your car on the day you arrive the come up with excuses so the do not have to buy it I feel it’s a total waist Of time people even going to this company

Disgraceful
Online quote of 12700 for a perfect, extremely low mileage practically new car. Reduced to 11800 face to face, and then up to 12100 at a push. Due to "market conditions", two days after getting the online quote. Wasted my time and wasted theirs... Their rep was great, but no deal.
Not Genuine From My Experience
I contacted this organisation, through it's 'sister' organisation, money4yourmotors.com. I gave full details of the vehicle - number of owners, service history, mileage and a photo of the one very small scuff. Other than the scuff the car is in perfect nick and clean and was services and MOT'd last week. But miraculously the offer went down from the £3,160 to £2,505. The reason given was "the market". But the 'market' was assessed when they gave me the initial offer - how else would they be able to give me an offer without assessing the market?
To me its pretty clear what their strategy is. Give an unrealistic offer through email and when you have organised everything (cleaned up the car, got a new car lined up etc) they then cut off about 15% of the offer price and are unable to justify it.Lovely!

CHARLATANS - DO NOT USE - CANNOT BE TRUSTED
This is the second time that I have left a review for this company. The previous experience as bad as this one.
My first experience of the company they made an offer for my vehicle over the internet, only for that offer to be reduced by almost £1,000 without any reason or justification.
I refused that offer and complained to the management team about my treatment. (The sales assistant was rude, unhelpful and aggressive).
I received a letter of apology and some high street shop vouchers for my inconvenience. The management team and customer services ensured that the company did not operate in this manner and that all offers were made to be as close to and representative of the original offer.
On this basis I decided I would give the company another chance.
My vehicle was valued on the internet to an a value that I found reasonable and acceptable, so I booked an appointment time.
Outstanding finance values were sent to the company and all of the preliminary work dealt with.
The day before my planned appointment I received a phone call to say that my appointment time would need to be changed because there was a possibility that the value of the car may not reach the outstanding finance valuation and that would not give time to ring the finance company to complete the exchange.
I found this surprising as the valuation of the vehicle was over £600 more than the outstanding finance.
I then informed the caller that if they were planning on repeating the process of my previous experience they should not bother wasting mine or their time as I would be seriously upset and disappointed having been reassured that this is not how the company operate.
The appointment was rearranged to accommodate the new time.
The valuer came and inspected the car, had a short drive, took numerous photos and then rang back to the office.
At this point I was offered £1,100 less than the internet base price. Yet again no explanation was given other than market values change daily.
I told the valuer that I don't accept this, as I had entered my details on the website only 1 hour before the appointment, this latest valuation was less than £100 less than my original.
Whilst the valuer who attended was more than polite, and I appreciate that it is not he who makes the final offer, I cannot stress enough that this company has nothing but dishonest corrupt motives. All of the valuations are false in an attempt to lure you into an appointment. The car I had for sale had a full dealership service history, one owner, low mileage in immaculate condition.
This company makes you feel like you are selling a write off.

Waste Of Time
So online we get a valuation of £14,889 - we know there will be an admin fee of around £80, fair enough.
Arrange to go and see them, and before he even looked at the car he told us that it will get knocked down at least £800 - saying that what they do is put an inflated market value on all cars to get you to turn up and as soon as you are there they will revalue it. That was before he looked for any damage to the car. I would expect some knocking down of price, especially if there is small amounts of damage to the car, but what a waste of time it is.

Awful Experience
An exactly similar experience to the last reviewer. Valuer turned up and spent about 3/4hr looking over the vehicle, including a test drive. The car is show room condition, and it was agreed as much. The, after a call to the office I was offered a much, much lower amount than my 'guaranteed' valuation, with no real explanation of why (except 'the market'). Complete waste of time and effort.

Terrible Experience
TERRIBLE experience, received a valuation online and when arrived the valuer took a look around the vehicle commented on how well kept the car was and that there wasn't a single issue (I quote grade 1 showroom condition). Test drive also completed with zero issues reported. Then went into the office where he spoke to head office who came back with a valuation of £1,650 less than the quoted value online!!!! The only explanation being that the market is quite slow at the moment, I don't think the market has changed much over the last couple of days when the quote was generated. Complete and utter waste of time (circa 1 hour at the office). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

We Dont Take Any Car.com
Avoid they do not want any car at all utter rubbish. Went through a website called tootle, they offered the highest valuation. I clearly put on the website the car needed a high pressure fuel pump. I rang them just to check if they could really take the car they said no...….
They should change the slogan to We Don't Take any Car.com...

Please Read Before Using This Company
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. They falsely hike up what they might offer when you enter details on their website, only to be offered a ridiculously lower price after you've wasted over an hour of your time at one of their assessment centres. I was offered a whopping £1500 less than the online guide, after presenting my Audi Q3 in almost immaculate condition and with full dealership service history and low mileage. The guy even told me before we started the process that they never offer the price shown online (this wasn't offered information; I had to ask for it).
They are entirely unethical in my humble opinion and prey on the most needy and vulnerable once they've suckered you in with an inflated online offer. I've since dug much deeper and found the inside information that confirms this.
Please stay away and wait for the company to be dissolved (it's only a matter of time).
Q&A
Do I need to have the car three months in my name before they would buy it?
Please be careful. They promised me £7,000 for my car and when I drive from Glasgow to Carlisle 2 days later to accept I was told they would only offer £6,400 even though the Valuer told the broker the car was in excellent condition. Again - Please be careful.
Can you sell your car to them and keep paying the finance/ pay it off yourself or transfer it to another car?
The guys below have explained it correctly but please be aware of WeWantAnyCar. They offer you a price range on the Internet and when you turn up for your meet the broker comes on the phone with a revised price which is much LOWER. You Have Been WARNED!
